I don’t typically leave reviews but I feel like I need to say something so maybe it can be addressed with the staff at this location. I have had several not so pleasant experiences here, but nothing like today. Me and my family stopped in and ordered inside. There was a young girl checking customers out at the cash register who had a major attitude problem. I am not sure what had happened before we got there, but I can’t come up with reason for her to be so ugly to people that are just trying to pay for their food. I had to order drinks with our food and for some reason it triggered her. She rolled her eyes at me and snapped at me. I am in customer service role as well with my job and I would never snap at someone for no reason. I understand customers can be hard to deal with sometimes and it’s frustrating, but to take it out on someone else is never a good thing. My entire perception has changed at this location now. The food was okay… but they did give me the wrong sauce. (which is fine, I didn’t say anything about it because I am not a usual complainer) but all in all I probably won’t be back. It was the last straw for us. I hope they can improve in the future and speak to their employees about how to interact with the customers regardless of how they feel. Attitude is everything.

So my lady is pregnant and she can't eat the food unless the meat been toasted and we trying to figure out why the toaster oven was shut off round 7iah when closing time is 9...to the next subway we went but only in Callaway we always have issues with every restaurant we've went to

Subway has really gone down hill and that makes me sad.Tried a different location in hopes of finding a decent sub with soft bread. First thing when I walk in I smiled at the young man behind the counter and said "hi, how are you?" trying to be friendly and courteous, he says nothing in reply.I then told him what I wanted and the first thing I said was I wanted two subs with the softest white bread you have, all the while smiling and trying to be as kind as possible. I tell him what kind of subs and after he gets the bread out, I tell him what kind I want. He says nothing, just starts cutting the bread and then asks me what kind of subs I want as though I had not already told him.So, he starts on the first one, then an older man comes in and gets the other roll and starts making my other sandwich. When I go to check out, the older man tells me to "be careful" of what my fingers touch on the credit card keypad as the first thing they ask is how much of a tip I want to leave and then he says, of course you don't have to leave a tip, but this young man would certainly appreciate it".To myself I said I bet he would appreciate it, appreciate it for being so rude, not listening to what I asked for, I don't tip when I'm picking up a sandwich at the counter anyway and I would certainly not do so for someone who looked like he would rather be anywhere else but there. When I got home, sure enough, the bread was HARD on both subs. I really don't know how hard it is for people to bake the bread the correct way and not burn it or overbake it or whatever the issue is but no matter which Subway I go to, it's the same issue, no matter what time of day, no matter who makes it, Subway has an issue with their bread. If the bread it bad, it ruins the entire sandwich.Plus can they not find any decent employees? I know that not all are rude like the one I got, but the majority seem to wish they were somewhere else rather than at work. We have all felt that way, but Subway must be treating their people badly because the turnover is huge and when you always get new employees that seem to have never made a sandwich in their entire lives. Did all these employees have their mom's make their sandwiches for them even as a teenager and older? I mean, come on folks, making a sandwich is not that hard, I could do it when I was a little kid, it's not rocket science.

The sub sandwich ingredients were looking sloppy. Maybe they had just had a rush, I don't know, however, veggies laying on top of cheese, tuna laying on top of deli meat, etc. it just did not look appetizing. I turned around and left, I'm not ordering when things look that sloppy.

Came here on 02/02/2022 at 10 AMDrive Thru was quick and the person operating it was so kind! He made my sandwich in a quick time manner and even took the time to help me clear up some change! One of the nicest locations I’ve ever been to. I didn’t have enough to afford a drink and he ended up offering one anyways! He went above and beyond to make my visit one to never forget. I will definitely be coming back! WE NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE HIM!!

I’m 49 years old and I have to say the guy taking my order had to be the most hateful rude person I’ve ever delt with in a drive thru . Just plain nasty and hateful from the start, no matter how kind I tried to be or how patient I was he was just nasty and hateful. Then when I got to the window another guy bring my food took my money and was super kind and tried to make up for what just happened with the first guy . I’d NEVER go back ! I never ever wrote bad things about service I know everyone has rough hard days but this guy was just plain mean and ugly . I went got cash went back to subway to give the kind guy a nice tip but he had already left I found out his name was Brad I definitely plan on stopping by tomorrow to try to catch him.But as far as ordering there again there NEVER!Kindness doesn’t cost a dime but means everything!!!!01/28/[email protected] 4pm cst

My fiance and I went to the one on cherry Street the food WAS HORRIBLE ,they ran out of tuna and he said he wanted steak to replace but still charged us FULL PRICE.the girl had wacky hair and he DIDNT SMILE AT ALL.NASTYYYYYYY food was everywhere all on counter the other girl that was working she was doi g all the cleaning.

Didn't even wrap sandwiches good .they ended up dumped all in my bag.

What's happening lately with y'all. Tea is out...and my sandwich was made wrong

Worst experience ever. If you want your sandwich to be thrown together extremely sloppy and deal with terrible customer service then this is the place to go.
