This is by far the worst subway I've ever been to in my life and I will never return, it didn't used to be; it used to be one of my favorites but management/owners have decided that they need to squeeze every single penny of profit they can out of everyone who comes in because most of them are tourists who will probably not come back anyway, well I'm not a tourist and they have now lost my business.
The worst subway on the beach by far. They have the rudest staff at this particular location. Also, they do not accept coupons during season, which is a shame because they lost this locals business who they send coupons too. Will not be back to this location nor any subway for that matter. Also I will make sure that I tell others to boycott as well.
Best subway around the workers are so friendly and incredibly fast! Love coming here for lunch!
I just love to go in and buy their buns from Subway because they're so good to make good hoagie sandwiches a day just to go in and buy a 12 ft long piece of bread is kind of weird but I do it all the time Alyssa way especially Italian herb and cheese oh yeah lightly toasted BMT
Just brought home a sandwich, should have looked at it before I took it. Just a holy god awful mess, like a 2 year old put it together. Calling manager in the morning. Also woman who made the sandwich was super rude. No one else in store so no excuse for this horrible sandwich or rudeness. 8 bucks down the drain. Never again.
Went in to get a Doordash order. It was kinda big, 4 sandwiches, 6 chips & 3 drinks. I asked if I should get the chips and drinks. Then, I asked if it was ok if I got the chips and drinks. Was ignored both times. I got the chips and the water, I asked about the Sprite and fruit punch, was ignored again. They stopped making the sandwiches to "help" customers that came in after me. Finally, they finished the sandwiches and again I asked about the drinks and was rudely told they were in the cooler and I told them they were not and they argued with me. I asked another customer if they saw the Sprite and fruit punch and they confirmed they were not in cooler. The lady gave me 1 cup for the Sprite, but I had to call Doordash customer to find an alternative for the fruit punch, which could have been done while waiting for the sandwiches if they would have just talked to me instead of ignoring me. They acted like I was the problem, if they don't want to do Doordash orders, they can turn it off. But, it seems that other people have been treated the same way.
Luv my subway always just right every time.I order delivery and it doesn’t take very long about 30 mins.Thank u subway on backbeach road...west end ty ty ty!!!
If you like waiting 5 minutes for the sandwich artist to acknowledge your presence, scowl when she welcomes you, and gets major attitude when she misunderstands your bread choice, this is the Subway for you.
