Normally I'd reccomend Starbucks but not the one in Panama City by the old mall. First of all, the coffee didn't taste right compared to the other Starbucks that I've been in. Second, I had 2 coffees ordered. I do not understand their method of completing orders. They were busy, but orders were coming out erratically. The first coffee came out in less than 10 minutes. The second, however, was 20 minutes after that. Other orders had been taken and handed out during that time. But several people there that had placed multiple orders didn't get them at the same time or one after the next. I would say to definitely skip this one and go to another location if possible.
I really dislike I have to give this store a 2. But the experience we had on Saturday made this our last time going to this store. We spend a lot of money at Starbucks and normally we are greeted with friendly faces. Well Saturday I ordered 4 drinks. Unfortunately they wasn’t made right. No big deal people make mistakes. My husband takes the drink up to the counter. The girl who made them got extremely mad. She started slamming things. We wasn’t even mad up until she started her attitude. My husband waited patiently as she doing other drinks. I’m waiting on the car when he calls me about her attitude. So I go in. She was giving my husband looks as if looks could kill. She slams the 2 she remade on the counter. So I walk up to the counter and said the attitude is uncalled for. She than proceeds to slam or other 2. Since she didn’t ask what was wrong the first time she than again made our drinks wrong. At that point her attitude and how she didn’t make them right a 2nd time. I told my husband to get a refund. We spend way too much to be treated the way we were. I’m one of the most understanding person when things mess up cause we are all human. This isn’t the first time that’s our drink wasn’t right but definitely our first time dealing with the attitude we did. I have been to many Starbucks and never experienced what we did that day. I normally don’t do reviews but what happened was uncalled for!!
Why am I being offered a pour over of pike at 6pm. They are like we haven’t had anyone order it. Okay but your Starbucks.
They can do better than. Worse Frappuccino I’ve ever had from Starbucks. Been to at least 50 different Starbucks in 6 different countries.
Took 20 minutes to get a mobile order, meanwhile 2 of the 4 employees were chatting with friends. The order was for a grande pikes peak and a venti iced coffee, not hard stuff.
Everyone's so friendly when I go in!! They are helpful helping me decide on a drink!! ???
As always Starbucks exceeded my expectations. The order was exactly as I had made it on the app. I even made the mistake of going to the wrong store. That was no problem for Starbucks, they just changed the store to the one I was at. Personnel was polite and cafe' was clean.
Heather took my order with the utmost skill and patience, and made excellent suggestions when they didn't have the syrup I wanted. Overall my experience was fast and excellent. I come here often but felt I should share my experience this morning. Thanks Heather!
I went to Starbucks on hwy 77 in Panama city FLORIDA. And Heather!! Waited on me and she suggested me a new drink and it was delicious ? and her people skills is the best!!!
They have great customer service. And of course great coffee. They don't have a drive through, so just be patient and prepared to wait a few minutes in line. Enjoy!!!? ❤
