Went through drive-through and ordered burger and onion rings, blast, slushy, kids tenders meal and another burger meal. Our food was awful. The bread/ hamburger buns were all old, molding. And I got sick from it. I've always loved sonic and the girl at the drive through window was so sweet and helpful. The ice cream was great so I hated to even make this comment however this is the 2nd time in a month.

The co manager EDDIE at this establishment is very unprofessional!! If I could GIVE HIM A ZERO I WOULD! HE ASKED ME DID I HAVE ENOUGH MINEY FOR MY ORDER BECAUSE I WAS AT $60 and was I going to order anything else! Then flipped me off!!!IN FRONT OF MY KIDS!!!But the LADY MANAGER THAT CAME AFTER HIM!! The head manager that closes nearly every night Sorry I forgot her name! SHE WAS WONDERFUL!! She is amazing and thank GOD SHE RUNS THIS SONIC!!

May 17, 2022 - I ordered ahead on the Sonic app for lunch. I arrived and checked in at the stall. I waited 10 minutes in the stall before calling to ask about my order. The employee who answered the call button hung up on me TWICE without ever asking me what the issue was. The store was drive thru only at that time, but there was no way of knowing that when I ordered or arrived since there was no sign on the back entrance. I asked for a refund of my money since my lunch time was over, and I was refused a refund. I am now waiting for a return call from Michael Madsen, the Regional Supervisor. This was a totally unnecessary incident that could have been resolved by simply delivering my order as expected.

I JUST WANT MY MONEY RETURNED BECAUSE I NEVER GOT MY ORDER. ETA: I'm glad I came to FB to post my complaint. I was able to find the direct number to local customer service from another complaint post here and got the refund process going. Apparently, this store is having lots of issues.

Very rude to door dashers. I had to pick a order up and the black manager told me to come to the door to get my order when I walked up they just standing looking crazy at me! I had about 6 cups of ice cream told me they ran out of cup holders! Very rude

Lucky I gave the 23rd street location a star at all. Went there for dinner the guy that took my order screwed it up completely. They messed up my cheeseburger tried to charge me for a shake I never ordered and they never rung up my son's chilli dog meal. When I tried to correct my order the lady there got very rude. And finally refunded the shake and then charged me another 5 dollars for my son's meal which she still messed up on. Because of this locations incompetence and rudeness my family and I will never go back and I will be letting everyone that I talk to not to go there either. I already made a complaint to the corporate office but I felt I need to post on here In case corporate tries to sweep my complaint under the rug.

I pulled into an ordering slot and pressed the order button. When the employee answered she informed that "they are super short staffed and I would need to pull back around and get in the drive thru line unless I had placed a mobile order or was a door dash driver". I got in the drive thru line and it took me 30 minutes to go through the line and get my order. The chili cheese coneys were not hot and the tots were warm but not hot. This was during lunch and on a Friday but to me that should've been a higher chance of getting hot food instead of warm.

There is this super nice lady that works the drive through, I do not know her name. However when you pull through the drive through she says the words “ Beautiful, Queen, etc” seriously she makes my day. The greatest customer service and makes your heart explode. Thank you Queen, keep making people feel special. Even if it is just for 30 seconds. Thank you!

Always getting orders wrong. Also, I got a supersonic breakfast burrito and when they handed it to me it was literally falling apart like they didn’t even bother to wrap it at all and I was really looking forward to it but by the time I got it it was almost inedible just a pile of soggy ingredients

The staff are super amazing and the Shannon the GM previously was always very cheerful and and his wife is very welcoming and sweet!
