Ordered through drive thru. 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 twelve pc nuggets, one with fries and one with mashed potatoes. Was told it would be 10 min. wait on chicken sandwiches, we said ok and pulled up to wait. About 20 min later they bring it out. When we get home, I'm missing my mashed potatoes and the nuggets are cold. Where is quality control and if there is a wait on something , at least keep the order hot until everything is ready to go!
PETTY BUSINESS!I asked for 2 or 3 BBQ sauces, they refused and gave me 1 Barbecue sauce for a 10 piece chicken and then told me I had to pay for "MORE THAN 1 LITTLE SAUCE." This is not the first time but the second time this has happened at 231 Popeyes. I no longer will have this problem since I myself no longer patron this store and I have been letting new people everyday know not to spend their money at Popeyes on 231. This store is not about pleasing their customers so I would REALLY HATE TO SEE what goes on inside this store and what conditions you are eating from.I have never in my life seen a restaurant want to give 1 BBQ sauce and then try to rip you off and refuse to give you enough for your meal. Not like 25.00 for 10 chicken strips and 2 sides isn't enough???This blows my mind. I hope you find it worth it when your sales drop.
This place is horrible. I’ve ordered twice through Door Dash from them and both times my order was completely wrong. When called, all they have to say is contact Door Dash. Already done that. This is more about your terrible ability to get order right. This establishment is why I tell my kids it’s important to stay in school. Complete ignorance and incompetence.
Fast service. Hot food. Courteous service. Fries could have cooked a minute longer.
Popeyes is amazing. Most of them are better than KFC in my opinion, but there are a few here and there that you don't want to go to, just like other fast food places. Customer service isn't great at most of the ones I've been to though
Used drive through. Fast, friendly service. Great tasting chicken and sides served up with a smile.Driveway a little difficult to get in/out on East Ave, but otherwise a great experience.
Very poor service and customer care at this establishment. Drive thru order. Mess up with communication, yet there was no correction and yet I was charged also given the wrong receipt. And they charged me extra for a cup filled with ice instead of the drink I had asked for. They did not have cookies (have not had it for some time, no happy kids), no mango ice tea drink as well, which was news to me. They acted as if they were doing me a favor by giving me sloppy service. They have a branch manager who isn't available today - of course not. But would be avaiable any day of the week startig tomorrow, how convienenant.
Spent $30 on chicken and they try to tell me I could only have two sauces or had to pay for any extra sauce. You try to eat 12 pieces of chicken with 2 sauces ???
HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!! If I could give them 0 stars, I would!! I ordered a chicken sandwich, and they gave me COLD chicken strips. Went inside to say something to them about it(place needs cleaned inside), and the person at the counter wasn’t nice. She had to go get the manager, who was also pretty rude. They both looked at me like I was stupid. They did fix my order, but the customer service there is one of the worst customer service experiences I have probably ever had. If you get sauces, you better ask them again at the window too, because they forget that all the time. Tbh, I’m surprised no one has called the Florida Dept of Business and Professional Regulation on this place, or how they even pass their inspections. I should have taken pictures.
VERY RUDE MANAGERS!!!! We asked for fresh chicken to be told it only been up 8min. It didn't sit right with me, so I called after we left. No matter where you go and spend your money, you should get what you asked for. I called and asked for a manager and the 1st young lady was like, I'm a manager. When I started explaining the situation, she then says, "It wasn't me, there's 3 managers here(on the defense)!" OK, well let me speak to another manager. The 2nd 1 gets on the phone with an attitude. Even as I was explaining the situation. I told her I was coming for a refund. I asked for another manager and a number for anyone else we could talk to and her reply was, "There's no one else nor a number!" IIll definitely push the issue because of the way the so called managers tried handling me.
