I went through the drive thru and ordered a 12 PC family meal and when I got home I only received 11pc of chicken. I called and asked for a manager today, Wednesday June 15, 2022, at 2:45p the young lady said she was the manager all while still taking an order . I asked her herr name so that I could properly address her and she refused to give her name and continued taking orders. Not only am I highly upset about not receiving what I ordered I am now upset at the customer service received when trying to reach a correction before giving a bad review and a bad customer service survey.
The lady who gave us our food at the window was extremely rude to us. We weren’t sure why there was no issue or confusion when we placed our order. We got chicken fingers and they looked like they’d been cooked hours ago then recooked. We took one bite of the food and threw it in the garbage. The chicken was so rubbery, hard and old it was inedible.
They either hate people or they just hated us. Frequent patrons. Nice when you go inside but hateful if you drive through. They were so loud and vocal this last time (last night) that I would be afraid to go alone. I don’t know why they were so hostile, but there’s no excuse. Act like humans and treat others how you’d like to be treated. And when you screw up an order and leave out something that you charged for, give them what they can prove they paid for. Don’t argue! It’s on the receipt!
waited in line forever, then when we placed our order, we had to repeat ourselves 3 times. it was obvious, the person taking the order could care less if they got it right. When we got to the window, they said they were out of biscuits unless we wanted to wait six minutes (it seems like every time we go to this location, they're out of something). when we got home, none of our side items were in the bag! even though we live a good 20 minutes from that location, we drove all the way back only to learn they had just closed. three employees standing inside talking to each other and none of them would even look our way, much less offer any assistance. horrible, horrible service, take that back...no service!
Best fried chicken around and great tasting fish sandwiches during lent. My favorite menu item is the blackened chicken which has a great flavor and taste and also one of the healthiest things you can get at Popeyes. As for the location here on 15th street it is one of the friendliest and cleanest Popeyes locations around everything is really good here
This location is the worst I've ever experienced. The employees just flat out do not want to work. I've gone there on a Saturday just to have them tell me that they are closed, at 6PM. I've gone there during the day and they are turning people away because their credit card machine is broken, but they also won't take my cash. And yesterday I had them tell me that I couldn't have a regular chicken sandwich because they were out of mayonnaise and wouldn't let me get one without it. Asked for a spicy without sauce, they gave me spicy with sauce. Terrible service. I'm shocked that they are still able to stay open.
As slow as this place is parking people to wait on food. Looks like you can get a order right. This place needs to have something done about work ethic’s. Definitely don’t pay attention and can care less. Guess I will be making that extra drive from now on.
I placed my order it was ready when I got to the window. It was handed to me in a big bag I ask was the whole order in the one bag he said yes then when I get home one of the sides was not in the bag. I tried to call them got an answering machine. It's got where everything is high a eight piece with one side and 4 biscuits and the extra side that I didn't get was over 30 dollars
Expect a loooong wait when going here especially if ordering for delivery. It is anything BUT fast food. Never prepared for the lunch rush. Staff is mediocre at best. Didn't get the lone one ⭐ because the food is usually quite good.
This place felt more like a party place than a business. The customers and staff were very animated and loud with each other. I had a large order and it all came correctly. The food quality was pretty good.
