I love Pizza Hut, but this location always misses the mark. I never want to leave anything negative about a food service after we all lived through a pandemic. Today however, I had to take a doughy mess in my box and heat it up in my over to cook it through. Maybe I have bad luck with outings, or maybe this location is great for buffets only. Regardless, I think I’m breaking up with this location.
Zero stars for amazingly unsatisfactory service. If you have the displeasure of getting Kristi to help you, you will see the pinnacle of terrible attitude and service. I am certain that because she shows up to work is the only reason she employed there still. I've order from her on several occasions and it was never fun. I put up with it because the wife and I love the wings. After her smart mouth attitude today, I will never buy from this store again. Too bad, I really liked the wings.
The service was amazing and so was the pizza and the grands enjoyed their personal pizzas.... Can't wait till the pizza buffet opens... ??

Last few times pizza was overcooked and hard, dry, and barely warm or cold upon arrival. Used to be hot and excellent.
My food was hot and fresh. Also, i didnt put an apartment number on it but my driver found us anyway. Thanks team for serving me!
Ordered pizza lastnite suppose be handtossed only to get thin crust.Manager never notified me that they were out of handtossed neither did my delivery guy notify me.
Everything was as I ordered. I definitely rather drive to 23rd st pizza hut than the one right down the street from my house in lynn haven the service is so much better
More consistency. Thisnis my second order that has gone well after a lot of up and down, keep it up!
