This place has gone downhill. Its filthy in there! None of the tables were wiped off from the day before. I walked around looking for a place to sit that wasn't dirty. I didn't visit the bathroom but from what it looked like where you eat, I had no desire. The condiments were oozing from the packets and stuck together. I reached into a container of goo. Come on now! What's in the kitchen??? Clean it up!!
Ordered my bacon well done. Which apparently meant “don’t cook it at all”. I just don’t understand. I used my ENTIRE HOUR lunch break driving there, sitting in line for (14 min) $7 sandwich, STRESSED well done bacon, get back to work and this…………. Unreal….. beyond dissatisfied and still hungry.
The biggest complaint is that every time I go, they are out of something i want to order, including today. No souflee, so I settled for bacon, egg and spinach wrap, which wasn't bad. The coffee was good but the chai tea was way too sweet. Also, dont order the oatmeal. It was very bland and did not justify 6 bucks for a small cup. The only thing that saved it was the nuts and the berries on top, which gave it a sweet taste, but only for a few bites. Blueberry muffin was average. Overall, eat here if you want to wait a long time for your second choice food that is....meh.
This random girl Fiona jumped onto my table in the dining room and proceeded to dip my head into my broccoli cheddar soup she then threw me into the kitchen I then flew into the turbochef and got cooked like a chicken sandwich. I would not recommend. I walked out of the kitchen and asked for a manager and he then told me that he was busy playing Pokémon go
I used to really like Panera Bread but it’s really gone down hill. This location was super dirty and no other customers were inside. It was literally empty.If it’s that dirty out on the floor, I can only imagine how dirty the kitchen is… yikes. I can see that it’s mostly kids running the restaurant and it makes sense why it would be so dirty. It’s unfortunate. Definitely won’t be back.
I was just at PB on 23rd street. I asked for a Ceaser Salad, and what was all in it, when I asked the cashier went crazy on me and slamed her hands down saying she has to get her manager, when the manager came I was belittled by them both and treated very poorly. I told them that I am a customer and have the right to ask what was in my salad. This made me feel very bad and sad at a place that I once enjoyed eating at.
Ordered 2 whole sandwiches, and 2 half sandwiches with soup. One of the whole sandwiches was missing an entire ingredient (pickled onion). Luckily I checked the bag before we left because they also didn't include one of the half sandwiches. Sent hubby back in to get it and the lady behind the counter argued with him on whether or not it was included. She finally gave up and said here I'll fix it. Reached down behind the counter and gave us the other half. Almost as if she made it, but didn't include it on purpose, hiding it there. When we got home, we also discovered they didn't include our 2 french baguette pieces. Super disappointing because I really enjoy Panera Bread. This specific location sucks.
Absolute favorite bakery place to go. Highly recommend the praline twists. The baker goes overnight and makes all the bakery products so they are freshly baked there at Panera every day. My boyfriend is so mad that I’m telling everyone how wonderful the pralines are because he thinks they’re going to get sold out. LOL
I love Panera Bread for the delicious broccoli cheddar soup and sandwiches. The personal is very polite but the place needs some good cleaning. Especially restroom had very unpleasant smell. I really don't like writing bed reviews especially for the places I love. Maybe this review helps to Panera Bread get more 5 star reviews later on.
Ordered a Flatbread pizza for lunch.It tasted great and was fresh out the oven.Only criticism, could have used more cheese and sauce in the bread
