Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Worst service and customer service. I've tried to give this place numerous chances. Even as a doordash delivery driver. If you want hot food don't order here. EVER! Employees are slow and seem to not care for their customers.

Went through the drive through, a Mexican looking dude with a shift leader badge on was ABSOLUTELY DISTASTEFUL! He had an attitude the entire time taking the order , messed up the order and then created a whole commotion at the window arguing and trying to tell me what I ordered. I then asked for a manager and he said no manager is available when the manager was right behind him. He even threatened to call the police because I wouldn’t take the incorrect order nor pay an extra 5 dollars for his mistake. I went inside to get my correct order and he was still arguing and even screaming at the manager. This guy is absolutely disgusting and has racial issues CLEARLY. May 25, 2022. At 12:30 pm!!!!!

It took me 25 minutes to receive my food, but I am still giving it a 5/5 because:First of all, the food is excellent. The chicken actually taste like they were marinated properly, spicy is indeed spicy, and the sweet and tangy is not overpowering. You can actually taste the individual flavors of the meat and vegetables which means that the ingredients were well taken care of and not frozen for too long.Next, the manager Elaine was quick to respond to a mistake that happened during lunch time. My drink that I ordered did not get charged so I ended up paying twice. This is a simple mistake during busy lunch hours so it's okay.Here is what really ticked me off a bit though:I was told that the veggie sides would take around 8-10 mins and was told to wait in the parking lot because the food will be brought out to me. The food never came. At around 20 mins later at 12:18 pm I went inside to look for my lost cold order and was told that the order was now waiting for more kung pao chicken. It was looking like I was going to get my food 30 minutes after my order, which meant that me and my family would have been waiting in the parking lot for 30 mins with the engine running along with the AC (we have small children). I got a little upset.Since I come to this chain often, I felt the need to find out if this is a regular occurance so that I could go eat somewhere else instead if I was in a hurry. I needed to speak to the manager.Now this is what impressed me.Manager Elaine actually agreed with me and empathized with me on the bad experience without any arguments at all! She told me that if she was the customer experiencing this, she would have done the same thing as me. She immediately spoke to her employees and their attitude changed immediately and furnished my meal exactly how my family wanted it. I for one am convinced that my experience is a rare occurance and even if it does happen again, I have a feeling Elaine will make it right.So even though the experience at panda express was a longer one than expected. The experience was still 5/5. Thank you for the tasty meal. I would still recommend this place to my family and friends.

what's the problem with the sauce one isn't enough.. one comes with the meal. I don't mine paying for extra. my goodness there is a fee for sauce though. wow !

We called 22 times and got no answer at 7:45pm on a Saturday. We went through the drive through and ordered dinner for our family of 3. We were asked to pull around front so they could make it fresh. My wife had orange chicken with chow mein bowl, and I had a bigger plate with 2 entrees of Beijing Beef and 1 entree of Kung pao chicken. After waiting out front for 15 minutes our food was brought out, we drove home to find that the kung pao chicken was left out of our meal and none of the food that needed to be “made fresh” tasted fresh. We called and called to try and get someone on the phone to correct the order, after 22 attempts we got a manager. We explained that we got pulled up front for 15 minutes to receive Luke warm food and have part of our order left off, she simply said next time you come we will give you a kung pao chicken… Customer service is not a strong point at Panda Express… BEWARE. If they make a mistake you will just have to accept it.

You better not like the chicken teriyaki or the orange chicken or the black pepper chicken or the Beijing beef because this Panda Express is consistently out of everything every time I go. The past five times I've been I've had to back out of the drive through because they have rice and noodles and thats it.

Out of teriyaki chicken and soy sauce! They give you a ton of rice/noodles but barely any meat since they're running out of ingredients. Definitely not worth the money.

Drive thru, for the wife whom enjoys the speed, effectiveness, menu knowledge and professionalism of the staff. Good food, good service and the convenience of not having to even get out the car. Very nice portion sizes and with 2nd road now open an excellent location.

Ordered mushroom chicken and power greens. Had to wait 10 minutes for order. It was not busy. Got home and it was cold greens and hot spicy chicken. - not happy

Pandemic hit hard!!! No more samples and next to nothing in protein ready to order.. Did wait and we enjoyed our meal. Quite Pricey for just the 2 of us! Yikes!!!
