So we are pizza people we have been here over a year found this place and what a great place it is been here for over 40 years and such a great place service outstanding food amazing love it
Not the local establishment it used to be.We ordered the child’s spaghetti and meatballs. With an S, plural meatballs. It’s in the menu that way. Well, my daughter got one meatball. I just very simply and tongue-n-cheek asked our server. Her reply was. Yes, be we hear that all the time. With a sigh as if she was so annoyed to have to explain this just one more time it was going to send her over the edge.Moments later she very snotty dropped a meatball in front of my child and told her, not me mind you. ‘Don’t worry about it!’ I told her that we were not in fact ‘worried about it’. We left our cash payment under the ramekin holding that meatball(caught in the middle of this whole thing). And we left. Never to return again.I remember going to PanaRoma pizza way back in the day at the PCM with the red vinyl booth seats and the peninsula countertop and we used to watch the carousel of pizzas in the oven.Well. The memories will have to stay in the past and I’ll take my daughter to other places besides this one so that she can build her own fond memories. Thankfully dad is here today to we threw the crummy places that exist today.
Won't even answer the phone to place an order. Bad for business. Have enjoyed Pana Roma for many years. Sad to see a good family run business go this way.

So disappointed. We have eaten here before and always loved it. Tonight, dough wasn't even baked all the way. Cheese wasn't melted through.
They literally have the best cheese pizza and veggie pizza I've ever had! It's so cool that they have a drive through too! 11/10
I went here for lunch. It is a smaller restaurant at the end of a shopping center set way off the street. You can miss it without trying. I ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza and a salad (one of the lunch specials). The salad was a good size with fresh good looking items. The pepperoni pizza was average. The price was ok for what I got. I would have rated this better, yet they need to pay attention to the overall look of the place. Please clean the air ducts. If they can look bad, what is to be said for the kitchen.

Usually get great service, but this time I had to clean off my own table and waited 30 mins to be asked what I would like to order, which I knew before walking in and without looking at menu, as I order it everytime I'm there.
The pizza was pretty good but the toppings reminded me of that old commercial, “where’s the beef.”Okay owner, I’ll admit when you provide a good meal. To answer your question, I got a meat lovers on 10 Jan 22. It wasn’t very good.I ordered the chicken parmigiana today and it was very good. Large portion and good flavor. As such, I have adjusted my rating.
