Do not work here!! They would schedule me for 30-35 hours but only end up working 10 hours at most. Most days, I come to work prepared/presentable, good hygiene, with a smile, just to be sat no tables and stand around for an hour til they would tell me to go home.ALSO, they will write you up if you don’t sell enough alcohol in a shift! They told me almost daily “you need to upsell alcohol, so guest get more drunk & order more food! Plus you’ll make more tips”I don’t think that should be legal (if it even is) and it’s morally awful to beguile guest like that.On top of that, staff drama, drama, drama, I understand some staff are in high school but it’s not just the kids, it’s everyone staff & management.I only worked here for a month til I said no more…
Had a great time here meeting with relatives from FL. We were seated shortly after arriving and our waitress was very friendly and accommodating. I ordered the Bellini Peach Raspberry Iced Tea, Shrimp Scampi which came with soup (Chicken & Gnocchi), and breadsticks. Key tip is if at least half your party orders salad they will bring a bowl for the table so you can still order your soup. Overall, food was great, drinks were good, price was reasonable, service was excellent, and you’ll leave feeling full! Definitely check out if your in the area!
Definitely not a good visit. Terrible service. Salad was not as it should have been. Food took So long that I asked for it to go. (They were not busy at all) we actually were only table and still waiting. When I got home, the order was not accurate. Extremely disappointing. Used to be a family favorite place for dinner.
The Chicken Parm was good as always. The Eggplant Parm however was terrible. Told our waitress and she acted like she could of cared less. Which we could have guessed. Cause we barely saw her. Drink stayed empty for 25 minutes before we tracked down another waitress. Who in turn must have told her. Just paid and left. Service was alright till we got our plates. Then our waitress went MIA.
Food was ok. Service was bad took a long time to get our drinks and then she never checked on us. When it came time to pay the bill she hover over my husband to give her a 20% tip never asked us what we wanted to give just pushed 20%
We were seated and handed menus. We sat there for 20 minutes and no one ever acknowledged us. Waitresses walked by us multiple times and never breathed a word.Look through my reviews, I hardly EVER leave bad ones but this experience was ridiculous. There was no wait time for a table. It wasn't very busy yet. I know every where is short staffed, but one of the three employees that kept walking by us could have said something. Hey, we are short handed or hey, I apologize for your wait.
Walked in to sit at the bar and the 3 little hostesses tell us were not allowed to sit there. Umm all the chairs are open. Why cant we sit there? They tell us if we are going to order any food even just an appetizer were not allowed to sit there. She said the kitchen goes in a rotation and their on a wait list. We then specified we didn't want a bar table just sit at the bar where all the chairs are open. And she again told us no. Absolutely ridiculous. If I could give them zero stars I would.
I took a friend to lunch at this location Jan. 3rd 2022. I ordered the endless soup, breadsticks and salad. My waitress seemed not to want to bring me my seconds after asking. The manager went past my table and I asked him. He had waitress bring it. Guys don’t make your patrons beg for seconds ..when they ask or the bowl is empty and breadsticks are gone..just bring it!!! It’s good for business not to make patrons beg !!!!
Not a good experience! The salad and bread sticks were delicious. HOWEVER, we (2 people in the party) waited 1 hour to be served our food! We were told the restaurant ran out of Alfredo Sauce. But when we received our meal, Alfredo Fettuccine, the sauce was old and starting to separate. I suggest you think twice before eating at this Olive Garden.
