We decided to have my husband’s birthday dinner at O’Charley’s. We called a few days prior to reserve a table for our party and once we arrived, our table wasn’t ready. It wasn’t a big deal but that was just the start to our awful dining experience!Once we’re seated we had to pass out our own menus and sliver-ware. We sat at our table for a good 10-15 minutes before someone approached us. Our party consist of 19 people and we had 1 waitress! Refills was non existent, we had to go find someone to get refills every time. We didn’t even have plates for our rolls. Once we finally got the chance to order, it took over 2 hours to receive our meals! The food was cold and some of our orders were completely wrong! Our food came out randomly so some of us at the table had eaten our food and the other half was still waiting for their meals to come!We arrived at 8PM & didn’t receive the food until after 10PM. We felt rushed because at this point the restaurant was closed, they started cleaning, turning off lights and some of us just received our food.The whole experience was a waiting game! We waited to be seated, waited to have our order taken, waited extremely long for our meals and even had to wait awhile to receive our form of payment back!It was completely unorganized and the worst dining experience I’ve ever had at O’Charley’s. If you have a large party, I wouldn’t recommend eating here, ever!
Expensive, Bad food. Avoid this place.
2022-02: Party of 4. Arrived on a Saturday night around 7pm. Parking was open.We did not have any reservations. Our drink order was taken right away. Followed by 4 pieces of fresh baked breads and butter. It was gone in seconds. We asked for another batch when he took our order. In a few minutes, 3 pieces of fresh baked bread came. It was gone in seconds again because they were so good. The next batch we asked came in ten minutes or so.Our meals came, and they were all tasty and filling. Bbq ribs & chicken tenders, fish & turf, steak & salmon, and tilapia. All were tasty.He checked on us twice and gave us extra napkins.Good service, good food, good price.We did not have room for desserts.We were out by 8:15 pm.Bon Appétit ?
Enjoyed a nice lunch today. I had Cedar Plank Salmon, broccoli, and mashed potatoes with Stawberry Lemonade. My husband had a Cajun Spiced Chicken Pasta. We started our meal off with the Spinach and Artichoke dip. Everything tasted wonderful. Our Server and other staff were friendly and quick to get our food to us. O'Charley's has always been a go to for great dining experiences

Normally I don’t give reviews unless it’s worth it. I came to this establishment the other day and had a mixed drink the bartender on shift was Annette and she did a splendid amazing job! I would highly recommend going to see her!! The Food was on Point everything was fresh tasting and very hot. My server was always making sure I and my family was set and Always had a smile on her face! It was a little steady but everyone all seemed to be in tune with eachother the environment was amazing!!!! I highly recommend going here for lunch or dinner!!! See you next week!
Great food, the steaks are amazing…Ocharley’s has always amazed me how good their steaks are, much better than your typical chain restaurant…Jessica is a great bartender, very attentive and friendly…also Annette is lighting fast, Chris is a great manager….Nick also does well!
Lunch was great! Fish & chips, tenders, and the plank salmon. All of it was delicious. Shelton, our waiter, was fantastic and deserves 5 stars by himself! Very attentive and accomodating! Go hit him up and you'll get the best experience
We love coming to this O'Charley's location and have been eating there for many years. The food is always delicious and the staff always friendly and attentive. Today I was there with my elderly mother and our server, Libby, was so kind and patient with her and helpful to us.
We visited for lunch and the entire experience was delightful.Shelton was a magnificent server and took care of every one of our special requests. The food was delicious and was served promptly.Highly recommend asking for Shelton, you won’t regret it.
