I came in there about 6 pm , the girl running the place told everyone coming in that what u see is what u get that they wasn’t cooking anymore food . There was hardly anything on the buffet tables at all . I really wish someone would take over that restaurant and do some good with it . I’ll never spend my money here again . The sign in the windows says they closed on Saturday due to overworked employees. They hardly work as it is. Just close it already
I've been there a few times. This time they used the had more options since the last time I was there. They make you pay before eating. Never seems to be busy there though when I come in. Asians at most Asian restaurants never seem to be friendly just eat, pay, move on, and tip me good for whatever service I gave you. They friendly while serving you just to say , at least some are. Some act like they doing you a favor for being open when you patronizing the business that's benefiting them. This No. 1 Asian Buffet is somewhere average at best. Try it to see if you like it, if not there's other places.
Hubby and I got there around 6pm on a Monday night. The parking lot was near empty, so I was initially skeptical. We were greeted promptly and paid for 2 buffets in advance. They had a Hibachi bar where you can pick out raw food, bring it to the grill counter and have them cook it for you. I noticed a sign at the grill to choose what sauce you'd like grilled into the food. It was GREAT!! They also had hot food buffet bars set up with prepared foods to choose from. The Black Pepper Chicken and Coconut Shrimp were my favorites. It was all good though. There was a small section of sushi. It was OK, I liked all the other stuff better. There were also fresh fruits and desserts on the buffet. I should have taken pictures, but I was busy stuffing my face.I noticed 4 people working. (There may have been more) 1 cashier, 1 server, 1 grill attendant, and 1 person bringing out clean dishes. Everyone was friendly and our drinks were never empty. We will definately be going back!
Expected delivery was 45 minutes but they arrived in 30. Food was fresh and still hot, (coconut shrimp, house special noodles, & krab rangoon) plus it tastes great. Prices added up quickly but there's a LOT of food here so it's worth it.
Great food for the price. They kept the food up and the waiter at the end who I believe may have been Manager was very helpful and friendly. I would refer anyone to eat here food was very fresh and plenty of space.
This is actually the worst buffet I have ever been to. Never before in my life have I turned down food like I did at this place. Nobody in the parking lot, food was very old, buffet stayed empty. I mean there wasn't even any sesame chicken or general tos chicken, they stayed empty the whole time. Nobody ate hardly anything and no refunds. what you see is what you get. Nothing but garbage!
Atmosphere and customer service is a large part of dining out and enjoying your meal. This place prior to moving to this location had good customer service and cared. Now the persons who greet you are rude, act like you're a bother, and act like they aren't worried about your business (interpersonal skills = 0). Numerous times they failed to submit my order to the cooks, are often yelling at each other, are complaiing about they don't work for each other, that some aren't pulling their load, etc. They have also failed to get me my order that was just sitting for some time until I advised them of it. I still like the food but the service and atmosphere has caused me to choose other locations. PSA Smiling must be banned from their workplace.
I have ordered take out from here for ever there take out is good and fresh went in last night for there buffet for the first time with the wife and I was most definitely not impressed the food was old and been under the heat lamps for a while and not a good selection that you would see at a regular Chinese buffet. We will not eat there buffet again
Very good food. They have very good service and really nice people. I enjoy my visits and my delivery to my door...
I feel for any family effected by COVID but a business family is twice effected. I try to remember that when I "seek" to spend my money...I have lately found that the new comers to town love the people and their greetings .not just the food. the food truly is great and the price is fine.I hear. people say 'Asian buffet is is where the go.
