NYFP, This is the second time our pizza order has been messed up in two weeks. We order pizza from y'all every week on a regular basis. Called to let y'all know and no one answered. Would it be possible for y'all to start reviewing the orders and showing the pizza before the customer leaves the store. Doing this goes a long way in ensuring customer satisfaction and building a strong customer support base. Yes it's on me for not checking. I do better in the future.
My husband and I had a quick lunch here today and the service was fast and the pizza was fresh and hot great flavor!!!! Our waitress was Jamie and she was so sweet and very attentive! Highly recommend this place!!!
New York pizza used to make awesome authentic Philly cheese steaks, but you’ve changed the meat and now it definitely isn’t the Philly cheese steak I grew up with. I was highly disappointed yesterday with the taste of it. You need to go back to the way you used to make them.
Very good southern pizza. As a born and raised New Yorker I don't take my pizza lightly. As far as NY style pizza outside of NY goes. This is top tier. The crust could be just a little thinner and a little more crisp. That varies per pie I'm sure. The sauce has a bit of a strong almost over powering flavor over the plain cheese slice. But pairs well with a topping pizza. Crust has a good flavor as well. As it stands this place sits in the number 1 pizza spot in Panama city for me. Subject to change!
Pizza looked good and tasted good. Most of the staff are amazing. Only negative is the "cook" whoever is currently back there does not send items out correctly. Its not made how I normally get it. Things on subs are not assembled correctly, sauce is watery, I have had to have mozzarella sticks made more than once cause they were blown up essentially. Not to mention I have heard this "cook" yell at 2 members of staff at least. He comes off as rude and egotistic. I recommend sticking with pizza till they figure out how to fix this cook. I hope the kitchen food is only messed up due to the "cook" being new. However that does not excuse him from yelling at co-workers. I hope he is not in a position of authority. That aside best pizza in Bay CountyEdit: Want to add this did not happen all in one day some details are from previous visits to the location.
Best pizza around hands down!!! Tried a lot of the pizza joints in Panama City and the beach and none of them can touch the quality and flavor of New York’s Famous!!!! Love knowing every single time we order a pie it’s going to be delicious!!!
My friends and I went for lunch on the recommendation of one of them. She is from the northeast and is Italian. We all had the calzones. The food was delicious and more than enough for one meal. The service was excellent. There was only one waitress and she did a wonderful job taking care of all the customers.
This was my 2nd time visiting this restaurant. My 1st experience, the waitress was AMAZING, friendly outgoing, and made you feel welcome. Today's visit @ 1pm 1/29/22, I felt like my family & I was inconvenience. The waitress was not friendly, she seemed like she didn't want to be there, and it was just uncomfortable.I know & understand that every establishment is short staffed & overwhelmed, but, thats no excuse for rudeness.
Pizza was good prices did not match menu $12.00 for small pizza $1.75 toppings pizza was $12.75 toppings were $2.50 to $2.75 each not a lot of the toppings on the pizza either.
Super great pizza. That crust is awesome. Great service, nice atmosphere, lovely people. If it had a few more pepperoni it would be amongst the best pizza I've ever eaten and I've traveled a lot lot.Went back, see what I mean? A child could quickly count the number of pepperoni on that pizza. That's a 20 buck 18" pizza with roughly 30 pepperoni on it.There is a sign on the window that says they are experiencing supply shortage, that's fine, but warn me that you're gonna put half the pepperoni on it that you should, OR charge me less because I'm getting less?
