Walked in was not greeted 1 person working finally a guy comes up waits on the couple in front of us acts like he is being inconvenienced because he has to take their order. I look at my husband and he says let’s go so we left last time we went to this location a girl was working and acted the same way won’t be back to this location.
The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the food is good but the hospitality sucks these employees don't greet you when you walk in they don't have a smile on there face they have to have phones in there hands to work they are rude the lobby is dirty tables have trash on them the food bar is dirty the soda machine got stuck open pouring out the drink of choice needs to be cleaned the bathroom is sickening the sink is black from dirt
Customer service is absolutely terrible. There are maybe 2 good employees but these new hires need to be taught manners instead of being on their phones and acting as if they do not know what’s going on.
When I walked in, there was a large group ahead of me (all adults, seemed to be extended family) who had a list of special requests, modifications, and specific expectations for each order. The Moe’s team behind the counter handled them with patience…and speed! I didn’t wait to place my order nearly as long as I suspected I might. My food was delicious and the service was attentive. I’ll be back! ?

Horrible? is this a franchise location? stopped here after driving 4 hours got my normal order and lets just start off by saying they were out of so many " staple" things, tomato, grilled onions, steak etc green salsa it was a joke there was one girl working the line at 2:00 on a Sunday. i got what i thought was mild sauce cause it was in that bin and put it on my home wrecker bowl to my surprise it was super spicy and ruined my food - why would u do that just to fill a bin? not cool to an unsuspecting customer. this was probably the worst moes experience i have ever had :(
Very hungry and was not disappointed. Had the steak stax. Delishous to the max. Love this place for lunch.
I have eat here for years every year we come to panama city beach and this is the worst place to eat now. We usually eat here all week long when we are here. First they were completely out of white rice and had no more at least thats what they said, no fried mushrooms and completely out at least thats what they said, then out of tomatillo sauce and out of roasted tomatillo sauce for the chips at least thats what they said. The lady with the blue hair made no effort to get any more food to replace what they were out of.We will NEVER eat here again.We will find another place to eat at when we come to panama city beach florida.I would not recommend eating here now, looks like different management then the past few years.
Real staffing issues here. Avoid until they can get things worked out
I’ve been going to this location for a while now and it seems like the energy this store used to radiate isn’t there anymore, I’ve also noticed how you guys a very short staffed. overall you guys are doing a great job, this one particular employee stood out to me and as soon as I walked in it was a warm welcome into moes, I asked the young lady for a burrito I had put almost everything in it and she got me sat down and ready to eat in less then 5 mins. She has AMAZING customer service, I asked her what her name was and she said Ana I will most definitely be going back soon.
