Great atmosphere good food and very affordable plus you can sit inside or outside with live music

Food was good and so was service. We had all kinds of things from their menu in our group. The burger is hand-pattied and delicious, my son enjoyed the shrimp and the cheese curds were delicious. One friend had tuna and the other had scallops and both were very happy. The place is very very small. There are around 10 tables inside and when they're full, you will be touching shoulders with the table next to you. Luckily, it's mostly locals so you feel like you're in someone's house eating. Staff is very kind and they make sure you are taken care of.

The grouper fingers have quickly become my go-to order!!I love grabbing a late lunch or early dinner from Millie’s! They almost always have live music and the outdoor seating beside the mural is beautiful!Great location and I definitely recommend stopping while you’re downtown!!

We love the atmosphere at Millie's and are in awe of the fact they seem to ALWAYS have live music. That said, we will continually come back for appetizers, drinks, and music. Unfortunately, we have yet to have good fresh food here. Everything tastes previously frozen, then fried. Luckily, that is how most appetizers are anyway, so we'll keep coming back and hoping to find something special on the menu that tastes fresh and good.

This is one of the quaint treasures of downtown Panama City on Harrison Avenue. It is a small place but the outside dining area allows more seating. It is located next to a community area where local artists have placed murals on the walls of the buildings that can be seen from inside and outside. This outside area cuts from Harrison to a beautiful park behind the restaurant. Local live music plays on occasion so if you are seeking atmosphere, this is the place. The food is New Orleans style and seafood. My husband had a bread bowl of she crab soup which was amazing. I had a grilled grouper sandwich that I truly enjoyed. If we had enough room we would have gotten the beinets like we have many times before but we got stuffed with lunch. Definitely do try them though because they are mouth-wateringly good. Wonderful place for lunch and dinner. Perhaps the spot for a casual informal first date for lunch.

Amazing food, awesome atmosphere ....Chris Wade live music. He was so entertaining. Super nice staff! Can't believe we are just now finding this great restaurant. Downtown PC has some super restaurants.

My wife and I sat down for over 10 minutes and wasn't even greeted, I even walked inside and there was nobody to be found this was at 1:22 p.m., what a way to have a business. I would understand if they were busy but it was just my wife and I in another couple. Clearly they were bothered with our presence. There was a cook smoking sitting at the tables neither did she acknowledge us

I love the grouper finger basket. So good

The food was great. The building is small and hard to move around.

The food and service are always amazing. We had the seafood platter and I'd say that the shrimp, oysters and grouper were some of the best I've ever had. As an added bonus, Bruce and the Legends were performing and they were fantastic!
