This McDonald's is always good when I get it. I don't know if he's the manager or what, but there's a man that works there with a strong accent who seems to care and the food is even better when he's working. Maybe it gets the 5 star because it's just "good for a McDonald's", but that's what you should hope for. Don't go to a fast food joint expecting spectacular cuisine, and you won't be disappointed here. (P.S. If you're not using the McDonald's app, START NOW. It will help you save lots of money with deals and rewards. This will make you even happier to give this McDonald's establishment a try over the rest in town.)
I think today would have to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had from a mcdonald's. They're incompetent we went through the drive-thru they repeated our order back to us there was 2 meals with Mocha Frappe's and an extra Frappe my son got rang up for 1 meal and then 2 breakfast items they did give him 1 Mocha Frappe then we went back through and I ordered a #7 with a Mocha Frappe I was rang up for 3 separate items instead of my meal and it cost me 5 dollars more give or take a few cents unless that they are just so hard up for money they have to rip their locals off
Worst McDonald's we have been too.Poor attitudes. Ordered my son a 6 pc nugget happy meal and got down thr road to find out they gave hamburger instead of mc nuggets. Turned around went back. She dug threw the happy meal took out thr hamburger then tried giving us the fries n toys n etc bavk after her hands were in it. Said we don't want that she had a attitude cause she had to fix another one.Seems like this location needs a new staff. Not to mention the guy making someone's coke. He filled it half way full had his hands all over the rim of the cup walking around looking lost before he dumped it into another cup and then filled rest of cup up to give to someone.Hygiene should be important in fl. But unforgentually it's not. YUCK!
Spent over $55 in two orders and manager approached us after 10 mins of the second order stating I've never seen anyone use electronic devices in here and we have a 20 min limit. We had a laptop using for business and we proceeded to stay for a short amount of time afterwards. Just cuz your the mgr doesn't mean the wifi bill is coming out of your pockets. Next time I'll just order a 1.00 drink.

As with any fast food on thomas drive expect an exceptional wait of at least 20 minutes regaurdless of order size
We are fam of six and they never never get our order wrong. Lunch and evening shift are awesome. Never make it for breakfast. Lol
Got my order will be back only because it is the closet thing to my house but took them kind of a while for my order and o got the fries and they where not good didn’t get my ketchup or salt packets I ask for and the lady just kind of looked at me real cranky like
Rarely go to this location as it's usually bad. Latest was with an online mobile order. Was charged and employees refused food unless I paid again in person. I've done mobile many times and have never had a problem. Ended up cancelling and did not get my money back, Had to dispute with my bank. Did ask for higher up number, district manager or corporate and was given and bogus number and no employee names. When I called a couple days later the GM was there and seemed nice and gave me the District manager number but couldn't really help since she wasn't there that day.
Kristie, Janet and the night manager are all so friendly… we go there everyday… Not all McDonald’s are as good as the one on Thomas Dr. in PCB.
