This McDonald's is the worst one I've ever been to, and the ones I've been to have been pretty terrible as well. The employees are extremely rude and condescending, they aren't trained well at all, and none of them I have seen have any sense of time management. You sit in a line or the drive thru for 15-30 minutes each time, even if there aren't huge lines. They also close their location early, and when I confronted them about it, I was completely ignored. Good thing there's a lot of other good fast food restaurants around, this place will never see another dime of my money, and it seems like a lot of other people feel that way as well. Hopefully they shut down soon.
After sitting in the drive through line for 20 minutes I ordered the two cheeseburger meal, I asked for no onions. This store took the time to slap the no onions tag on both burgers, I got home and bit into the cheeseburger…. ONIONS. Tried calling the store to complain so maybe it won’t happen to the next customer, no answer.
One of the worst McDonald’s in Panama City. I don’t understand how this location is still in business when every single time they take over 20 minutes for me to order, give me the incorrect order, or have rude and impatient customer service. I live by here and the drive thru always takes over 15 minutes, regardless of how many people are present. Today I was sitting for over 20 minutes not moving in line when I decided to go in and order. I go inside to try to order and there is a long line inside as well; no one is taking any orders and customers are standing around. No workers are even behind the front desk taking orders. I go back in the line and wait for 20 more minutes. Line is hardly moving. After two cars pull up, I finally pull up to order my food after over 30 minutes and they don’t even acknowledge me. I sit there for five minutes for them to take my order before I get impatient and leave. Don’t waste your time and go to a different McDonald’s. All the one star reviews are correct; it takes as long as a sit down place to even get your food and it is very low quality if your order is even correct. While I understand that sometimes this stuff happens, this McDonald’s is consistently the worst fast food chain on Tyndall Parkway and whatever they’re doing is not effective. Could have been through the Taco Bell or Chick Fil A Drive Thru three-four times through by the time they take my order.
make sure you check ur food. I ordered #1 I live 30 mins away and I got home to a plan cheeseburger. not to happy..
Ordered 2 double fish filet sandwiches, they are about $6.00 each now. So, you are hoping to get what you pay for. Also paid extra for tartar sauce on each. Received two single filet sandwiches with no tartar sauce on either sandwich.... Contacted the location and no action was taken on their side to correct the issue. Will Not be returning!
The WORST mcdonalds ive ever visited. Management needs some SERIOUS help. I've been in the restaurant industry for YEARS, and I know OSHA definitely does NOT allow you to EAT ON THE LINE, walk away from your open plate of food, make an ice cream cone for a customer (without washing her hands) and then go back to finish your plate. I WAS DISGUSTED!! HER NAME WAS LAURIE (I think, I know it started with an L because all of the workers who were supposed to be working were hanging all over her going on and on about how she was the 'best' manager. Probably cause she lets them do whatever they want. If a manager is willing to just 'do whatever' so will the employees and don't even get me started on their customer service. It doesn't matter how long you've been standing at the counter, if their not finished with their personal conversation you won't get helped.
the worker at the drive through menu was rushing me and being rude. and the worker at the drive through window basically shoved the bag into my hands. and they messed up my food. i ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and they didn’t put any sauce and i had asked for lettuce to be added and there was only a couple of shreds of lettuce.
They are always great with service and prices. Thank you
Line was wrapped around the building at 8: 00p. Decided to go inside to pick up my curb side order and the doors were locked. Went on the other side of the restaurant and the doors were unlocked. So I went inside, they complained of me being inside but the doors were unlocked. Food was okay.
Major improvement with your drive thru team. Both window people acknowledged me in a pleasant way. Very professional. Great job! I have deleted my 1 star review.
