I’m staying at the Comfort Inn next door to this location. I ordered 4 ice creams on the app & selected in-store pickup. I walked next door & the doors are locked. I had to walk around the building to the drive through (in between the cars that were there waiting) and ask how to get my mobile order. I had to stand in the drive through for my order. The employees weren’t overly friendly but they weren’t rude. The ice cream machine was working, surprisingly. I just don’t think in-store pickup should be an option if the doors are locked. I would have driven next door had I know I was going to have to stand in the drive through.
I have never placed a bad review about anywhere. Let me start by saying, it's McDonalds, I don't expect much, but I do expect what I ordered. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin, as did my boyfriend. One had egg, one did not... 20 minutes later and I am still waiting on mine to have egg on it and only one employee is acknowledging it but hasn't taken it upon himself to make. I am so confused what is happening.
Fast friendly service. The food was hot including the fries. The McDonald's just east of 79 in Panama City Beach should take note on how a business is ran. I would recommend this McDonald's to anyone. However the one east of 79 in Panama City Beach.. I would tell everyone to avoid. They got attitudes plus the food is terrible. You would think it would be better because there's hardly anyone there but it shows no one wants to go there with those attitudes. It'd be worth to drive to come to this one in Panama City.
Kelsi is the most horrid person I've ever encountered. I've had a stroke and went through the drive thru, she continued to laugh at me as I ordered, she cut me off and I would ask her not to do that, and explained why, she then would wait until I was in the middle of the next item to ask about the previous order and would laugh as she did it. I left without half of what I went there for and what I ask for her to omit she added on there and said she took it off. Someone shouldn't be in near tears as they leave because someone just has the nastiness in them to behave such a way. I usually love coming to this place, but if she continues to work there, I won't. I'm also contacting ADA about this.
Every time I have gone to this location my order has been wrong or fries nasty. Last night went there and decided rather than hold up the drive through line I would go inside and ask them to please make sure my fries were fresh. When I walked in there were several employees standing about 10 feet away from me kind of by the drive through talking and laughing. I waited. Next I hear one of them say “ there’s no meat on this sandwich!” They continued to laugh and say “ the customer don’t need meat!” . I finally said “ excuse me” nothing… I said “ excuse me do I need to go through the drive through to get some service?” The young lady that was very unkept looking turned her head and looked at me. She made eye contact and literally turned her head back around and ignored me. I said “ are you serious?” She and all the others continued to ignore me until I just walked out. After talking to other people about this they have all said this location is horrible to go to. I agree with that. I will never go back.
Since the blant disregard of how stale the bread is, how employees get mad at the fact you order FOOD WITH modifications, and want to give you an evil glare, and since I'm constantly missing items from my order, I'll just take my issues up with Chris Kempczinski regarding this. It really shows that the owner, management do not care when you constantly have issues
This review is specifically for the McDonald’s at 3608 Highway 98 W, Panama City, FL 32401I had to give them a review because they are consistently great. We don’t have much time as we always stop on the way to class several times a week and they’re always fast. The food is always fresh and the service is always friendly. It’s literally service with a smile every time. Thank you guys for the great service!!
Really tired of being charged for extra toppings, and not receiving them. Also, tired of management not caring about the issues at this place.Lazy management, it's reflective in the employee quality and food quality too. When the buns feel like you're eating a shoe something is wrong.
place the order. , it was called back correct. get our food, it's missing a fry-they acted like we were trying to rip off the register, then gave us the fry. Take the kids to the park, open food ..double cheese burger pickles only was loaded with ketchup ,but no pickles, next, the next meal was ordered with apples slices, they were not there. the order came with four drinks, but we got two straws. honestly it was not complicated, and they were not busy at all. maybe that's why!!
