They turn in to a call in and delivery mode. Can't walk in, order and get ur food and go to table. Call in order to go, delivery and drive up has priority. No employee came out from behind counter. Ice tea empty, spillage of liquid drinks, lid server dirty messy. No condiments in bag. Was going to eat in and I got a to go bag..ask man giving orders to all how do you order to end in and he said wait in line behind others cause of call in orders at nite.
Never have I had such a bad experience with forgetting what I have ordered, 15 minutes in line and still missing items, what a shame, I don't know who is in charge of this location, or shift but they either need trained better or demoted. There were at least 7 employees when I went in to get my forgotten items, and they had no idea what they were doing, food was terrible, fries were hard and brown, cheeseburgers had little to no condiments, smh what an absolute disgrace.
Servers were extremely friendly and courteous made my morning. Restaurant was very clean comfortable. Food was fast and fresh!
Terrible customer service and I hope that manager gets fired. He shouldn’t be a manager if he doesn’t have the decency to tell his employees to treat the customer with respect. They really got upset because I asked them for what I ordered and they thought it was ok to give me what I didn’t.
Went there around 7:30 ish. The over filled my drink past the lid and also I order a number 1 plus what my roommate wants the forgot the burger and still put in fries. I would recommend going somewhere else to eat
Well. This McDonald's is a good restaurant. I really appreciated the morning staff. My goodness! So FAST!All the appropriate infection control measures in act and still courteous.Mr Hoppy who was there as a lifeline to me of a McDonald's from a time we don't always get the time to sit down and experience. It was such a pleasure meeting him. Ray Kroc would be proud, I believe?
Fish sandwiches put together quite sloppily. Windows service was very robotic. I honestly think robots would have been better this time
Employees were easy going. Me and my son sat inside. There was an Employee standing by to clean your area upon leaving. Oitstanding
My wife and I went inside to order and waited more than 10 minutes at the register before we just left. We were literally the only customers inside of the entire restaurant. The employees saw us and even kept looking at us at times, but not one single employee said a word to us. It would have been very easy to say, "Hello, we are really busy right now and will be with you shortly." However, there was nothing said at all. I will never be back to this McDonalds!
This is the third time that my order has been wrong. I got the chicken pack with 4 chicken sandwiches, a twenty piece nuggets, and 4 large fries. I received the sandwiches and nuggets but no fries at all.
