I come everyday the breakfast crew quick it went under ground stop to gat a shake 7:00pm they don't have none.COME ON IF YOU CAN'T GET IT DONE TRY DOING IT YOURSELF TO management.
You came here and there was only four cars in line so we decided to just walk in and get our food which would have been two McDoubles sweet tea chicken nuggets and it took over 45 minutes to get our food! When we asked when are we going to get our food they said we can't work that fast and there was hardly anybody inside, then they wouldn't refund our money!
Even though this place has been known you remodeled it was still the same trash clientele and employees that are just working for a paycheck. This was approximately 9:30 in the morning and apparently my friends have not been cleaned or stopped I was not going. When me and my husband and my daughter went through the drive-thru and just ordered three breakfast burritos they were unfriendly rude and couldn't even give you the common person to look them in the eyes while they spoke to you. If I could give this a negative rating I sure would this has got to be the worst McDonald's and Panama City Florida!!!?
They did great on my order but lobby and front counter where we pay was very very dirty..I couldn't even find a clean table to sit at so had to get a young man to come clean it up ..then soon as I sat down to eat , more than one homeless person came begging for my money...I couldn't believe they allowed them inside..they were dirty and smelled horrible...Sorry I don't like to say ugly things about others . Hopefully this will encourage them to clean up and get rid of the homeless people. I'll say a prayer for everyone involved.
the service was very poor the employees was talking to each other instead of attending to customer! the food was not up to standard.i was at McDonald's on Harrison avenue, Panama City
Although customer service was good, I waited 20 minutes for a mobile order just for it to be cold. My quarter pounder deluxe that I got for the first time was completely saturated in mayo I couldn't even enjoy it. My daughter's two chicken sandwiches were cold and my other daughter's four piece nuggets were cold.
Our food was made quickly and our order was accurate. I liked that they put napkins and ketchup in the bag without me having to ask. The manager was a younger man with a very upbeat and positive attitude that was refreshing. The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars was because the womens bathroom was in need of cleaning and had no toilet paper and the lobby was very dirty and they weren't busy at all so its hard to excuse. But overall it was a positive experience.
Everytime I have a doordash it's like the service of these untrained people supercede the fact of the word service..today I'm literally standing in here at the pickup and was never acknowledged until I spoke up after another dasher was helped that came in like 5 minutes after me....these people need a better manager system because I haven't seen but a couple decent employees that care about not making people wait their whole life away for the food
Great just being able to get back into places again.I'd give 5 stars if it had been freshly cleaned by Black Off Roof Cleaning/Soft WashThe commercial and Residential standard for clean has some catching up to do!!!! While they are busy doing that we will be up ahead keeping your future looking.......... "BRIGHT"
2022 Love the Strawberry Cream Pies. I wish they were always available when I arrive. I wish they would not be over cooked when they are available. I wish that McDonald's would pay a living wage so that the staff/cooks would take more care with the condiments on the sandwiches. Enough for now.
