After a horrific visit to domino's, (which I had to return for a refund.) I called marcos. Got the same order plus the team leader/manager talked me into the cheesy bread which was amazing. Got my order perfect quickly and were amazingly friendly when I picked up. Thank you so much. New twist last time i ever go here. The woman that took my phone order was rude. Rude when i picked up my order. And down right nasty when i brought it back because there was no buffalo sauce on the wings i ordered. Argued with me. Then said oh they wrote the order wrong. It was her. Pizza looked like it fell on the floor. She was so rude and nasty. I am so done. Guess its papa johns on 23rd now.

This Marcos is hit or miss. Sometimes it's really good and others it's terrible. On this occasion all the toppings and cheese were center-loaded, the pizza was dry like there was not enough sauce, and there was a large crust ring with multiple bubbles. We couldn't even finish half the pizzas. Highly disappointed on this visit.
I love their pizza but I didn't like how when online it asked me for a tip and I gave one and asked the delivery driver I to just drop it off and he still stood there at the door and asked for another tip. ? Honestly, just because of that I don't care to order from here anymore. Don't be greedy.
Called at 9 from multiple phones the lady who answered acted as if she couldn't hear me an hung up several times.. I thought it was my phone at first lol but it was her not wanting to take another order.. A hr before closing

Only gave 2 stars due to the previous visit before the visit last night. I went there around 9:35-9:40, the lady or manager whoever didn’t greet us ad we walked in and we even stood at the counter for at least 6 minutes before she decided to come and take our order…and her greeting was nothing but a stare. I asked her a simple question regarding the $8.99 large 2 topping pizza since my husband had walked to order a large 2 topping pizza for $8.99 which is what you have to say or show to get the price of the $8.99 showed online (mind you I know for a fact that was the price since the previous visit the nice lady at the counter rung us up for 2 large 2 topping pizzas for $8.99 each) and she tells my husband it’s only large 1 topping pizza for $8.99, I asked her well when did it change when we came here 2 days ago and ordered a large 2 topping pizza for $8.99 with i believe an employee’s named Vicky, she immediately goes “you don’t have to be rude” (mind you I wasn’t yelling but her tone was high and rude) but I wasn’t, I simply asked her a question, my response was “I’m not being rude I’m simply asking you when did it change when I just came here 2 days ago and ordered the same thing wi to Vicky, actual you’re being rude with the attitude” her response was “well I don’t know but I know it says right here 1 topping but you can get out of my store” “I’m calling the police” which is what they love to threaten a black person with (eye rolls), Marco’s Pizza owner…no need to reply to my review, you ask for feedback but do nothing to the employees when they’re in the wrong.
