Worse breakfast I’ve ever had ever!! Would of rather went to McDonald’s and had better food than this. As we tried to enjoy what we got a huge gnat flew into one of our plates. The omelette was not an omelette it was a scrambled egg with ham underneath it. Never would I recommend eating here and when I brought the gnat issue and other issues to them one server said gross and the other told me that it’s a new cook and is just learning.
Delicious “real” Mexican dishes! Food was hot and quickly served. The “chunky” guacamole was the best I’ve ever had.. definitely worth the 20 minute ride from St.Andrews Park.
The food was amazing service just wonderful!! Fresh Mexican food made with ❤️ FINALLY found a good Mexican place. Margaritas were good too.
I've been wanting to try this restaurant for quite a while. I've read other great reviews about it and seen other pictures and I was sold based on those. I grew up in SoCal and have been searching for Mexican food as good ever since I left (13 years ago).It is a quaint little "hole in the wall" shop on Harrison Ave. The overall feel of the atmosphere felt like a nice family oriented atmosphere. Traditional decor. The waitress we had was very pleasant and checked on us frequently. The food was absolutely delicious. My husband ordered quite a bit of food (way too much for just himself, but who's judging ?). The salsa was probably the best salsa I have ever had! Everything was so good! We will definitely be back and this may actually be our new favorite place to eat at!
I'd not dined here for quite some time so I decided to make the drive and have some great Tex-Mex. I wasn't disappointed.I had the Birria tacos with the obligatory chips and salsa along with a cold adult beverage. Oh, the salsa is by far the best I've had in the area!The tacos were absolutely fantastic with beef and queso served with the consommé from the stew, topped with onions and cilantro for dipping. As a side note, their tortas are delicious and unique to this restaurant.Don't pass this hidden little gem up!
After a whole decade of living in Panama city I finally ate at maddies. BOY THAT FOOD IS ON ANOTHER LEVEL. ESPECIALLY FOR THE PRICE. To say the food is good is an understatement. You can tell that even with the struggles of the pandemic they cook every meal as if at home for their family. The street tacos are to die for but the specialty items here are mind blowing. Especially for a pretty generic white guy like myself. The wait staff was very nice and helpful both times I ate here (within 24 hours cause yea its that good) and after being told they serve Lengua I will most certainly be back. If you are considering dining here stop considering it and just do it. You won't regret it!
Food tasted extremely bland, I paid $17 for a Cameron's al Diabla to go. My main course consisted of 6 shrimp. 90% of my plate was toppings and beans and rice. Will not be coming back.

What an awesome first impression! The food here is truly authentic and the staff is super friendly and quick to refill your drinks. I got the Chimichanga with steak and it was amazing! I would highly recommend this place!
This is hands down the best Mexican restaurant in town! Actually the best I have ever had. Food was fresh, flavorful and delicious. Staff was nice and attentive! I would give it 10 stars if I could.
