Leon's Donuts had been around for many years I know at least since we were stationed here in 2011 and anytime I have to go to Tyndall Air Force Base I always stop and try one of their delectable treats. Now this is not a sit-in donut shop nor is it mass-produced. But I can tell you what it is. It's a little piece of heaven with sprinkles, bacon bits, and a whole lot of icing. These Donuts are like a slice of heaven and once you have one you're wonder why it took you so long to try Leon Donuts
We are visiting from Kentucky, and have stopped by twice now later in the day and the donuts have still been fresh at even 12pm! Very tasty and I found the price to be surprisingly cheap, unlike some of the other reviews. It’s been our go-to for a snack before we tour around. Friendly staff as well!
Drove over 30 minutes to come try this place out. It says all over their business that they are open until 2pm. We showed up at 1pm on a Sunday and there was no sign of life there. All the lights were off and no one was there. No sign stating why they’re closed either. Tried to call, no answer. What a disappointment to drive all the way over here for nothing.
Wow! Been 9 years since I’ve been back home to PC and my sister told me about this donut shop on our way to the beach and while I was TRYING to be good, was allured by their little stand and you KNOW by the minimal exterior that these donuts were going to blow your mind and sure enough, I tried the lemon filled donut (and I love they fill them to order) and people, this was the best donut I’ve ever had! It was fresh, light, not too sweet melt in your mouth! Coming back tomorrow before we leave back to snag another! Do not hesitate to grab these donuts! Very nice lady at the window too! Doesn’t get better than this!
A good place to stop by and get donuts. The donuts taste really good in my opinion, but the selection of drinks are low. Some drinks you may want they may not have.
Me and my son love coming out here for donuts. They're always super fresh and the fritters are the best around!
They do glazed donuts right!!
Omg.......if there is a positive review of this place it's either fabricated or from someone who has never had a donut. $30 worth of stale, flavorless, gross. Is that chocolate on the chocolate glazed or melted brown crayon? Trust me, stick to Dunkin or Krispy K.
One of the best apple fritters I've had. Good selection of mixed donut flavors. Pricing is probably a little above average.
The prices are expensive. We spent $38 for a dozen doughnuts of different kinds. They were on the dry side and had an odd greasy taste. The doughnut holes were okay, but everything else we bought was not good. I won't be going back, sadly.
