Only a matter of time before this location get shut down. I absolutely love Krystal but poor employees can’t get it together. Wouldn’t takeour because it was 10’mins before closing. Then shut the lights and all off after waiting. 20 mins. Then leaving out a lot of my order today. I requested no onions on my Krystal’s. Definitely had onions and it wasnt bc it was cooked in onions. They were placed! It’s sad but eventually there will no be Krystal’s location left.
OK my daughter was in the hospital. I stopped by Krystal and got her fries and burgers. I'm carrying them on my bike and dropped it in the middle of the busy intersection and the fries fell out. I was trying to scoop them up and put them in the bag but I ate most of them fast because the light was changing. But I didn't lose a burger at all
Every darn time I go there they forget to put something in the bag. My lunch is 30 minutes not 2-3 hours long. The phones NEVER EVER get answered when you call the store to let them know about your messed up order. I’m so over Krystals’s, it’s really a last resort.
Usually we have a decent experience here but today we waited in excess of 15 minutes in the drive thru with only 1 car ahead of us. When we finally got our food it was hot but it was way overcooked. The fries were hard, the buns were hard, the chicken patties were like rubber. I dont know if we will ever go back to this location.
Everytime I go there the food tastes worse & worse. The last 3 times I went I talked myself into it because I was tired of all the other places & wanted something different. I regretted it each time. Trash burgers, trash chicken, the WORST fries I've ever had. Overpriced to death.Can we PLEASE get a White Castle?!?!
I don't usually eat at Krystal bc my ex crystal worked at the Krystal in Connecticut and she would send me packages in the mail to my hobo camp outside of Ocala Indiana and sometimes there'd be flies on it bc it'd take a few days to get there but now I go in and tear it up because they got 5 star service and even Elon musk recommends them and says he gon build one on Mars by the year 3000
I understand employees are hard to find but if there's no one to work you may as well close the doors.Walked in the lobby and it's a ghost town. Never did see a single person. Ended up having to leave.
So much mustard and onions piled on it's all you can taste. Not worth the $16 we paid for a 12pk.
The 3 egg breakfast was really good.
It was good but needed the grease changed.
