Not sure if they were just not open at the time. I swung by to get a donut and coffee inside. When approaching the store it states "Drive thru only due to staff shortages". No problem. I could obviously see someone in the store and donuts in the case, but when I went through the drive thru no one answered so I drove around again nothing. I heard over to HCA Gulf coast then I see someone exit the store. If your closed your closed. Don't advertise and waste everyone time if you aren't going to respond. Bad service.
We have been there three times so far the first time wise that the fire was down that’s why they didn’t have any hot so we ordered or they did have the second time they said the fire was down and they had no glaze so we ordered what they had that was stale not even completely filled third time they said it would be for 30 to 45 minutes before hot and that was at 3:45 in the afternoon so we just left
The quality of the product is not in dispute! but I will talk about an employee named Jaquan he attended me and was very rude at first I asked him how he is and he answered that he was fine without asking back how he was (either to me or to another client for education or customer service you have to ask , he didn't even welcome me) then I started to order and apparently I have pronunciation or diction problems that he didn't understand me and he only told me that he will go to the window because he didn't understand my English .. when he got to the window he I clarified on several occasions that I wanted a dozen original glazed donuts (I found it more humiliating to have to repeat it more than 3 times, even making references with numbers of what I wanted "that's obsurd") when I paid and he handed me my order, I told him : Next time don't tell a customer that you don't understand his English and he rudely replied : I'm having a hard time understanding your English and to move from the window.. (it was very embarrassing.. I felt sorry for others because what I wanted to tell him with my advice was that: avoiding those comments would prevent people from feeling like victims of racism because of the language they speak... that for the next time, with politeness, you can correct the client without making him feel less due to problems in how he speaks a certain language... and finally at the checkout the donuts were placed in a bad way... a lot of lack of professionalism
Even though pricing for one dozen original glazed donuts has gone up, my 90 year old mom sure enjoys them. Friendly staff, worth the wait in the drive thru.
Great donuts and Keisha cooks them perfectly and she's always friendly to me and my mom

Friendly Very quick, both times I want to them the apologies for the wait and give me warm dounts. They gave me the best experience, they are on it!! Great job I would give them 10/10
My breakfast doughnut was cold in the middle and the dough wasn't cooked. It was supposed to have filling but there was only a drop at the little filling whole. It was terrible.
Krispy Kreme is usually pretty good, and this place is no exception!
