Was not a complete order and when I tried to call and tell them they kept hanging up the phone hanging up the phone hanging up the phone and it's 2 hours before they close. The food was adequate. Will not go back ever$75 and Panda Express is better

I enjoyed my meal immensely, though dining room is closed to the public,and i had to wait outside in 95 degree heat until my order was prepared.About 15 minutes. I will NOT return
Food isn't bad, but twice I've gone home without my full order which is very frustrating. When I called to report, the lady said, oh yeah, I forgot to put that in the bag. You can come back and get it. Who wants to do that? Not once, but twice. Done with that place.
Okay so I had read the horrible and then glowing reviews and I had to try this place and see what it was about. The woman on the phone did not show good manners when I ordered, but she called later to tell me my food was ready so that's cool. It was cold today and raining, and I had to stand outside because the lobby isn't open. You literally have to pay and signed while outside on their makeshift table. The food - so bad, even for Florida chinese food, so that is saying something. I spent $15 and ate maybe 25% of the food, and it was the rice. How do you mess up fried rice?
Idk how you make sesame chicken bad, but they somehow did. Found a piece of bone or cartilage or something in my food after 5 bites. Also they make you do your pickup and payment through some 2x2 hole in their front window. If I wanted that I would have gone to the drive through. Would not recommend.
You wait outside at a window with the people inside ignoring you. I had ordered over the phone and they tried to give me the wrong order. When I got home with what I thought was black pepper chicken I found chicken nuggets. I feel like I just got served food at a one star fast food restaurant
They'll hang up on you when you call, so hopefully you don't have questions about your order. Also, if you're unfamiliar with Chinese food, and you call to ask because you were confused, they'll rudely tell you what you did wrong when you ask, rather than kindly explain. Will definitely never be ordering from them again.
We go there all the time. Never a problem. Good food good value. The lady up front is always very busy be patient
Ordered sweet and sour chicken and got no sauce, I call to fix it through DoorDash and she says that she will give me the sauce this time because DoorDash is requesting it but next time I need to order the sauce separately. Separately!!!! My food was cold by time he made it back with the sauce and a few other items they forgot. The woman that I spoke with was insanely rude. The egg drop soup and wonton pork soup tastes almost like metallic. I ordered beef and broccoli and basically got broccoli stems with a few beef pieces. Just utterly disappointed and disgusted with King House. Total was of money.
