Well u pay 10 plus dollars for this meal this is how it looks when u open it it also is cold and the biscuit is hard.i talked to someone there they said there is no manager there and they are struggling for help.-1 they should shut this place down I plan to call better buisness and it should be visited by the health inspector.i got 6 meals like this just because a buisness has a hard time getting help the public should not suffer .
Drive through was backed up and so slow. Lobby was closed at 5:00 in the afternoon on a Saturday. Had to wait in the drive-thru for 30 minutes and didn't even get napkins with my order. Gave up. Just left.
If this wasn't the worst idea we ever had....It took them over 15 minutes to take out order in drive thru and then our drinks wasn't ready... didn't have the whole order ready... parked us up front and forgot about us.... Never again....
My husband went through the drive through and ordered half extra Crispy chicken and half grilled BUT WE ONLY GOT CRISPY! I didnt eat dinner that night! We didn't get macaroni and cheese that he ordered either. We live 35 minutes away, so, can't run back!
Don't be deceived. Sign says "Under new Management, give us another chance." Well I tried 6 pm on a Friday night pulled into the drive-thru and waited 15 minutes no response. So I drove to the window only to be told we only have 4 pieces of white. And the crew was laughing and joking. But informed me with no problems they were too busy to cook any more chicken. My FINAL thought NEVER again will this KFC get my business. OVERALL CONDITION of this KFC is atrocious at best.
Hadn't been in years , decided that I wanted Chicken fingers and Mash Potatoes with Gravy .... Big mistake. Got there to wait in a massive line , inside. The few people working there were not helping people at the counter ,instead focused on the few cars in drive-thru. It took between 5 -8 minutes for each person to get helped in line ... Now multiply that by 7 people . People started walking out .One gentleman in line , behind us , said this happens all the time .People who were waiting on their order already, had to wait 18 minutes for biscuits . Again , they were not that slammed ! Why not make biscuits when you're getting low on biscuits? People waiting were visibly frustrated.To top it off ,they had no sweet tea and the staff was very unprofessional and slow . After our hefty wait , our drinks , that came with our meal were wrong. Thankfully, we learned our lesson on this one ,we will definitely never eat at this location again !
This KFC is horrible. I went to this location and i ordered honey bbq wings last night. What they gave me was spicey wings that they threw bbq sauce on sloppily. I have been going to KFC for a long time I have never received an order this bad. I will not be going back to this location.
If I could leave no stars I would. They always close earlier than the posted hours. My advice is just don't come here, you're money is more valuable elsewhere.
All the chicken we got was a least 3 to 4 hours old, and it was 5 pm. Could not bite into it. Would not feed to my dog. Went in trash. Last time there and i live close by..
I swore this location off the first time. Thought I would try again. After 5 minutes at the drive through no one answered. I go inside order. Food comes out with no drink. Ask for a drink and she tells me they have to get it from back. Go down to ask the guy at the back for a cup for my drink he gives me one. Go the machine and it out of ice. Try to get a drink and it sprays all over my hand. Go back up front and was told to wait while she helps the people in line. I finally receive my drink and return to my seat to eat my now lukewarm food .
