I had the Super Club with the Rosemary Parmesan bread. Best sandwich I have had in a long time. I didn't get the bacon because of the sodium but it was still top 10. The staff today was super nice.
I use to eat here at least once a week. My experience today was my last purchase from this store. Never had dry roast beef before, hard bread and half cooked/burnt bacon. Imagine that.
This is more or less for all locations. Due to COVID, we use online food delivery services at work everyday. Have been for over a year ordering the Famous Philly CHEESE STEAK. now, ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY TOOK IT OFF OF BOTH ONLINE FOOD DELIVERY SERVICES WE USE. So I went to use their online and it is not on their delivery options either. it is on their menu but apparently if I want one, I have to go to an actual location to get it. Looks like I'm eating somewhere else for a while. Two of us order it all the time and are highly disappointed we cant order that sandwich anymore.EDIT: In reply to the owners comment. At the time I wrote this, this sandwich was not available online at all. period. It seems to be now after the fact. So I will change my rating but it does not negate fact that two of us were highly disappointed that day. Overall the food is decent and service is decent.
I love their sandwiches. What I hate is their customer service. Everytime I try to call them the call never goes through. I know someone that worked there before, I know they get busy, but not so busy that they are on the phone consistently.
Clean and friendly. Took the the time to explain the sandwiches. Was in and out fast.
Use to love this place.. Great food and service!! Unfortunately today I decided me n my son would eat here. Dads treat! The cashier starting getting upset when I wasn't ready when she wanted and it progressed from there. Took a guys order that came in as we were trying to order. Then asked for toasted buns. Nope sorry dried up bread is not toasted bread. As the muttering and rudeness continued I watched my sandwhich sit there with my sons atleast 10 minutes before deciding to wrap them. Whatever cashier worked there today @ 1:45 is very rude and unprofessional!! Smh
I placed my order online for the first time tonight . The email said my order would be ready for pick up at 512pmI arrived and I told the lady that I had placed my order online she didn't say anything I was waiting for a response maybe she would check on my order but she just looked at me and walked away with no response. I found out another customer was waiting for an hour for his order.I simply asked the another employee I think her name was Pamela do you know how much longer for my food ? and I explained to her that I placed it online this the first time she asked the cook and he said "I'll get to it when I get to it if he doesn't want to wait he can leave! I work for Jersey Mike's not him.I found it to be rude I didn't say anything I finally got my order about 25 minutes later and I tried to speak with him and he totally ignored me .If my order would have been ready at a different time I would of came back . "Simple 'I don't think Jersey Mike's wants your employees being direspectful to your customers. Thought you would like to know.
Best sandwich I've hand in a long time. #13 The Original Mike's way Is.The. Best.This place has very respectful employees even under the pressure of being behind with 10 people waiting for their order.
I had bought the chicken Philly sandwich regular and it was so fulfilling lots of meat the bread is soft and great flavor i enjoyed it.
Omg will never eat at subway or firehouse again. Their super sub mikes way is the best sandwich I ever had!
