3 of the 11 boneless wings from its just wings. Hilarious that anyone would put these in a box and think it's okay. If you're selling an 8 piece call it that.
i ordered boneless wings with lemon pepper seasoning on it. They were terrible, they had absolutely no seasoning whatsoever.
Extremely disappointed! I felt played when I realized this was Chili's and not a wing joint. The wings were not crispy and barely had sauce on it. Everything from the fries to the dipping sauces, ranch and bc, were a disappointment. Will never order from here again. I had a taste for wings because I had got some from the AMI gas station the day before that were delicious. Should have went to the gas station for wings instead.
I ordered boneless wings with a dry rub only 2 of the wings had any rub on it the rest of them were plain the fries were cold I then proceeded to call the store and the girl answered the phone told me she didn't make the wings Dwayne's what did I want her to do Well definitely never use your place again and make sure I tell all my friends and all my customers never to order from you again
Customer service was horrible. The timeframe what they give online is inaccurate, food was under cooked and had no taste.
Not impressed: Fries were cold, wings were under cooked and they Barely had any sauce on them. The price was great for 32 wings and fries but I'd have rather spent more $ to get better tasting and better quality wings. Wish I would have read the reviews before we ordered because it seems like a majority had the same complaints.
When I arrived my order was not ready and I had to wait a extra 30 minutes to get my food. When I did receive my food, the sauce that was on the wings looked like it was drizzled on top and not even hot.Very unacceptable. Then the fries were cold as well. Will not order again. ??
Finally worked up the courage to give this place a shot. Boy I wish I hadn’t. The order was ready extremely fast. At first I was impressed, but I no longer wonder how they did it. That chicken was just waiting for me to order it, since about 15 minutes after they opened. Surprisingly the fries were drier, and so crunchy I learned why the English call them chips. But that seasoning was just like my mama made, (we’re caucasian and from Michigan) so nonexistent. Humor aside, very disappointed. Even my dog struggled to chew.
Honestly not bad wings, but it's not consistent, I order 1 time and it's not crispy, I order again and it's super crispy, (bone in wings). In terms of taste honestly it's lacking on the sauce, it's almost like they cook the wings, put them in the box and then whisper Buffalo sauce to it, cause there is practically no sauce, another review said the ranch wasn't ranch, it's buttermilk ranch, idk what that person thinks ranch is but it's definitely ranch. Just needs more sauce and to be crispy everytime then I would say it's good wings, didn't know it was based out of chili's, I Like the chili's, they've never done me wrong other than not sautéing up these wings
Some of the thicker chicken pieces weren’t cooked and the boneless wings looked old and had little sauce.. seemed rushed, I know it’s a to go order but it’s still an order..
