Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had. They gave me a chicken bacon ranch with what I would call cut up Tyson frozen-fried chicken nuggets because “that’s just how their owners told them to do it.” Even though NO OTHER HHs does this. Absolutely disgusting. Sorry pizza. Even worst customer service.
Just picked up my online order, left a 20% tip. Wish could get that back. Usually the TURKEY club is Great 5star but no turkey an no garlic sauce that's posed to com with it. So 2stars from me.
Pizza is extremely thin I ordered large original round crust I can only imagine what their actual thin crust looks like
Ordered online, food was ready when it said it would be. Gentleman at the drive through window was polite. Food was hot when handed over. By far the biggest thing to me is that the order was 100% correct!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've ordered from this location multiple times and NEVER had an issue.I highly recommend this location ?Good job guys ?
I was on my way to church for Wed service. We normally have food so I like to bring a little something. I was so busy today that I decided to order pizza but I was only 5 min away to pick up and I didnt want to be late for church. I told them I was short on time could they help. I love these people. They are always so nice and helpful and also made me aware of specials which I forgot to ask. When I arrived it ready and hot. Not one piece was left. Lol Thank you
Ordered their Hungry Howie's specialty pizza with extra pizza sauce and extra parmesan cheese crust. The extras really made this pizza much better!! My order was ready on time without incident.
Best late night pizza I've had in PC. Exactly what I needed: tasty, able to be inhaled (not greasy), and reasonably healthy.
Wish it had a negative Star option!! 231 is the Absolutely the worst place EVER!! Use to be 1 of our favorite places but now the worse customer service in Bay co! The night manager (a guy) is very rude and NO PEOPLE SKILLS! Every time THEY make a mistake and mess up your order it’s the customer’s fault!! I go there once a week and the last 3 times my order has been wrong every single time they say in order to make my food the way I PAID for I have to pay AGAIN! Absolute B.S. I’ll NEVER go there again!! If you want pizza the way YOU WANT IT I SUGGEST YOU GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ?

straight garbage they mess up send your order to the wrong place you wait 3 hrs for food and get told on the phone they can only comp 1 pizza out of a $60 order. then they don't make sure they have the right info you get said food and it's luke warm
