We had an amazing experience here. The food was fantastic as well as the service. The robots were an added unexpected exciting addition to our meal. We were confused by the extra 4 % and then the other 6% addition. But still, enjoyed the meal.
They now charge a 6% "inflation fee". They also charge for the cheese that is listed as part of the burger and is not listed as an additional charge on the menu. They deliver your milkshake using a cart, which we didn't find cute. They charge a 4% credit card fee which is not advertised until you get your receipt. The difference in the burgers from one year to the next was scary. Last year it was good and cooked to order. This year it looked like a greasy Wendy's burger. Ordered a Hot Fudge milkshake and got a chocolate milkshake with the comment that "it is the same". All in all, disappointing and frustrating.
The ice cream/shakes are to die for. The ice cream was $12 but was well worth the surprise and enjoynent on their faces. The robot delivery bot was also a highlight. They did get to keep the mugs as souveniers and no one finished their ice cream but did bring it home. This should be a top destination in PCB.
All four of us ordered the burgers with fries or tater-tots. Burgers are thick and heavy with a great tasty bun. Shared a milkshake that was delivered to our table by a robot! Kids will just lave that surprise if you sit far enough away from the kitchen to see the robot come your way. Yes if you pay in cash you will save yourself a 4% service charge a fee we are seeing more & more. Makes you wanna carry cash. I can see this burger place more for the younger generation with kids. Just saying. We are all 65+ but did enjoy the food.
A few complaints. We were charged a 4% ”convenience fee” to use a credit card to pay. This is the first time I have ever been charged in a restaurant to use a credit card! Talk about nickel and diming their customers! Also, this is a burger joint — but you can’t get a burger cooked medium-rare. Thats absurd! Put a disclaimer on the menu like all other retaurants do! I question how the burgers are handled before cooking that they can only cook to medium-medium well!!
We wanted to get a burger and a shake for lunch and Gulf Coast Burger hit the spit. We were quickly seated and our waitress took our order quickly. She made recommendations on what would be a good adult shake. I tried the Key Lime Adult Shake and it was good, but not quite the flavor I was expecting. My Texas Burger was outstanding. My wife got a regular burger and enjoyed it. Worth checking out if you are looking for a burger lunch and a shake. The have Great non-alcoholic shakes also.
Just awful burgers.. soggy, no flavor, cheap overcooked frozen patties. And they have the nerve to charge you 4% for using a credit card without even letting you know. Is that even legal? Certainly unethical. Awful.
Great burgers, great chicken tenders. Staff and atmosphere was great as well. We always eat here 2 or 3 times while on vacation.
My cousins had regular shakes and really liked them! I had one of the special shakes and OMG I could not finish it or my sandwich/fries. The sandwiches were really good, nothing fancy but just really good! Enjoyed the atmosphere and our waiter was great!
We enjoye the burgers, tasty, well presented and the sides are good. The milk shakes exceeded out expectations. Not one of us could finish our shakes. Future a "to go box"ffor most of burger and side and enjoy the milk shake. Forget wanting another meal of a many hours. Presentation was beautiful.
