This was some of the best chicken I had ever had but my experience could have been better. We ate here 2 days back to back while we was in Panama for 4 days because the chicken was so good. They have the best rolls too but everything has to be fresh. The customer service was good but we had issues both visits. The first visit I asked for everything fresh. They gave us cold wings which was 10.00 for 6 and left out the dirty rice. The second visit I asked for everything fresh again for 55.00 I wanted all my food fresh. Same thing happened I told them I wanted fresh tenders. I watched the mgr put the tenders in the box that had been sitting up there. So I had to get them made fresh again and when they re made them it's like they didn't let them cook long enough they was light and wasn't crispy at all like the first time. I was very disappointed. We still ended up throwing out the second box of tenders. I won't say I won't eat here again but if you want good food from here everything has to be fresh. We had the 16 tender meal with fries, dirty rice and orka added a 6 piece wing. The fries was delish and orka. The second time we had fries and orka with the 16 tenders. So for 2 days after spending over 100 with them hell yeah I want my chicken to be good. The spicy tenders were ?!!
Golden Chick is a must go to when in Panama City!! They have literally the best southern fast food I’ve ever had. Their chicken is scrumptious! We always get the spicy! Best rolls hands down! We even paid for an extra bag this time! They have a signature raspberry lemonade that is so delicious! We were also very pleased with the customer service! You should definitely give this place a try if you are in the area!! Hopefully one will come to Nashville soon!
This was our first time at Golden Chick's and only our fifth day back in Florida. We are so happy to be back where service is amazing and Golden chick was no exception. The food came out very quickly, the serving size was really large and the tender I tried on the way home was delicious. We ordered the Summer Sampler with double fries, tender. Roasted chicken & fried chicken too. Great prize considering there will be leftovers for tomorrow's lunch.Thank you Carl for running a smooth shift and making our experience a good one.

We ate here yesterday and it was awesome. They hand batter they use is delicious and the portions are generous. Overall good experience and great food. Best fried chicken in the area!
Food is good but the night staff at least is nottttt friendly. I pull up to the drive thru window and ask if I could get some honey and she goes “sorry I didn’t hear you” and then closes the window and walks off.
I received my order and not only did I not receive the family sides I ordered my jalapeño poppers were so over cooked, they were nothing but a battered shell.
Went through drive through did not get all the food I ordered. The tea was terrible tasted like it was made with water out of a live well on a bass boat. Was not impressed.
Food was very delicious. Staff was friendly and courteous. Team member was out on the floor making sure restaurant was clean and sanitary
Great place. Went in today 2/24/2022 at around 6 pm and had the most wonderful employee. Came through the drive and had the most helpful lady. She gave suggestions we didn’t know we had. She was sweet as pie. And the food was amazing. Tasted perfect. Have to try place.
