Came in to your restaurant yesterday and ordered two sandwiches a steak and a Italian. Both sandwiches weren't drained and the bread was soggy. This restaurant was so good a year ago. The management and owners now are so rude and unprofessional. This place is full of gossip and the staff doesn't even follow directions. Stores like this give Firehouse Subs a terrible name.
Strange weird vibe going on in that place. I've been twice. Going in there is really uncomfortable. Last time I honestly started to turn around and walk out. They forgot my soup. Had a hard time calling about it as I think they kept hanging up on me? Maybe the phone was doing something? Don't know. They can keep my soup as I really don't want to go back in there. I'll find a different firehouse subs.
The cashier couldn't answer questions about manu items while trying to order. The 4 employees behind him were talking with each other so we had to repeat ourselves at least 3 times and they didn't help answer questions. The sandwiches were upside down or sideways in the bag and just poorly made. Overall, a $50 bag of tossed sandwiches
It was delicious. And all the employees were so friendly!
This is actually my favorite sub house, because I hate Subway.

Tiana rocks! BEST customer service I have EVER had! Always pleasant and works so hard to make sure everything is right. Because of her attitude I order from this particular Firehouse Subs every time I can.
