Place was understaffed to say the least. Wanted $5 for a water cup. Lady working at 10:56 on 6/10 is rude and heard the older gentleman call her boss. If she’s a manager this company must be struggling. This is the closest store to my job and frequently order lunch from here. I’d rather drive to Lynn haven then give the 223rd st store any of my money.
We were going to this place 2 times a week.....not no more after this morning ?. Called in our order and when we got there and paid for it She didn't tell us that our order was right beside her. We get our drinks and sit down and about 15 minutes a lady says are you Ed and I said yes. She tells me that the girl we paid called my name....NOT....if my order was beside her why didn't she give it to me when I paid. Also same girl answered the phone and when I ordered a Italian sub with EVERYTHING but lettuce she proceeded to ask me if I want Italian dressing on it?.... lost this coustomer. Oh my pickle had a bite out of it and tomatoes was Green ?

Wow how rude these people were tonight the music was so loud. The cashier and people making our sandwiches were beyond rude this restaurant has never been so rude before. We probably won't be back we use to love going to this restaurant. I had a free sandwich on my app on my phone. They need to learn to be nice to customers.

We normally going here but tonight we walked in the music was blasting..and the cashier and other ladie was plan rude.my husband and I couldn't even hear them taking our order.this plain rude!
