Man, where to begin? FINNS blew my expectations out of the water.. The pictures online and good reviews enticed me to make a stop here for dinner with the wife. When we got close, I thought for sure my GPS was leading me the wrong way. There was several large restaurants nearby with long lines of people and I figured that's the type of place we were going to end up at. We passed all of these and went down the street. We parked in the parking lot across the street of FINNS and made our way into the restaurant. The restaurant is a nice, quaint building that has a great vibe. We were greeted by a very chill gentleman who helped get us started with ordering and also made recommendations. We sat down outside and waited for our food. It arrived within just a few minutes. It was incredible. So good that we went back and ordered more. I highly recommend this place!!
Finns gives you such a cool experience and the food is so amazingly delicious and a healthier choice than most. The staff is very friendly. Love the different options on seating. People can bring their dogs as well.
Such delicious local food without the tourist rush. It was small, delicious and had the friendliest staff. Will be returning on this vacation for sure.
I wasn't prepared properly for the experience. We visited on a week day around 6:pm. I thought it was an actual full service restaurant but instead it's a fast food restaurant located outside (kinda like a food truck). They have a walk-up window to order (with extremely friendly staff), self service drinks, and outside dining. I ordered chicken tacos and they were good . . Definitely not good enough for the hefty price paid. I believe the menu stated corn shells but they were actually served with flour shells. My bf ordered a burrito type meal and wasn't very impressed. There were no sides with our order.The live music was not good (off key) and it didn't compliment the radio type music blaring throughout the exterior seating. We sat at a tiny wobbly table, ate quickly, and left. The staff was working hard to keep things clean by cleaning off tables and taking the trash out however, I couldn't get past the dark, dirty deck (in need of pressure washing) where we had to dine. We normally love outside dining at restaurants but this place was just not my style of dining.
Eclectic mix of souvenirs & gifts. Delicious grub from the food truck and a small area for dining while enjoying live music. A nice discovery and a must see if you're in the area. Their Panama City Beach location is also our favorite place for breakfast, coffee drinks and surf/beach gear. The owner holds great values and morals which filters down to the friendly staff. A refreshing experience and one worth supporting every chance you get! We need more establishments that are owned and operated like this in our country! My entire family loves FINNS!!!
This is one of my favorite places in the world!Finns is hidden in a little shack in downtown St. Andrews but don’t judge a book by its cover!The vibes here are great and the food is amazing! I love the atmosphere and if you go on a weekend you may catch some local musicians playing!Anytime anyone visits me from out of town, I make sure to bring them to Finns because it’s such an amazing experience!
Food was fresh and delicious!! The service was superior! Great atmosphere and views. Definitely will visit again.
The food is excellent. The place has a beach bar type feel to it. They have outdoor seating in back with a water front view. You can get tacos, bowls, and even breakfast. It is a little on the pricey side but worth it.

Great little place in the historic St. Andrews district. Made from scratch grub and cold beer and wine. Best ahi tuna and carnitas tacos weve had in a long time.
