The El Jalisco has been here for seven years here in Panama City. This the first time my friend and I have eaten hear. This is one of the nicest Mexican restaurant I've ever been to in a long time. The food is well seasoned. And the wait time minamal. There is plenty of food servers, so they were top of your every needs, very little wait time. I'm telling my family and friends about this place.

you can get people not like Sandra who cannot speak English and not get a whole order wrong and then dissappear. oh yeah and over charged us. she claims there is no manager so wouldn't cooperate with us. we will not be back and I know no one cares because you don't have a manager

Found this restaurant while visiting Panama City for vacation with family. This restaurant was clean with a charming atmosphere. Prices were very reasonable and food was simply outstanding. I highly recommend this establishment and will certainly return on my next visit.
Rosita was the best, she made it a five star for us. If I didn't have to drive and work the next day I would have order another margarita. She was super friendly, fast, and personable. Food is good. The margaritas are slow hitter creepers, so beware. We will be back.
my only complaint was I had to look for the waitress and ask for the bill to be sent to my table also had to wait around to ask for a refill of sweet tea but other than that Nice atmosphere would go again
We were seated fast, they put us in the back where it was very cold, we asked to be moved and was told no. My 5 year old had to use the restroom and it was disgusting! I told a manager and was laughed at and it was never cleaned. Our waiter seated us a walked off leaving us at our table for 15 minutes waiting just to ask us what we wanted to drink. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Great place to celebrate a 21st birthday! Didn't get pictures of my food but the service was amazing, as were the Margaritas and my T-Bone steak ❤ Very nice servers. Will be coming back.
I love el Jalisco in Lynn Haven so I thought this location would be just as good. I was wrong. I had family in from out of town and after a really long day at the beach we wanted to grab some Mexican food. El Jalisco in Lynn haven was closed so we ordered to go from here. The customer service was ridiculously bad. The employee even hung up on me mid conversation. When we got the food Yupp you guessed it the order was incorrect. Horrible horrible horrible. I will not go back to this location.
