Not sure what's going on here. Stopped in this morning for my usual snackin bacon, chicken croissant and refresher. I pulled up to take order, only one car at the window. The lady talked so low I couldn't hear what she said... thought she asked for my order, so I proceeded to give it, then she came back at me really loud and said .. "I SAID! HOLD ON A MOMENT! I AM SHORT STAFFED and I HAVE TO MAKE THIS AND THAT" ....Anyway, drop the attitude please, gonna go to the other store for now.....
Left really impressed by the employees here. From the person taking our order, to the women preparing our drinks and order. Super friendly and the food was also fresh. Thanks y'all.P.S, we loved our drinks.
This dunking is the best I drink decaf and they brew it fresh every time keep up the good. Work

This place is the worst Dunkin' donuts I have ever been to the staff is horrible they have zero customer service the managers are even worse they make their coffee and it's disgusting I truly don't know how you can mess up iced coffee but they seem to manage to do that the worst place on 98th Street this Dunkin' donuts is the worst.
Manager was very nice......I would recommend the one on 98 near Michigan....
This place is terrible, unfortunately I have no choice but to come here every morning due to me living nd working nearby, the employees are so rude there, it's crazy how u get treated and you're spending your money, not to mention how long you have to wait just to get a drink.. there's no real managers there and the upper managers are a joke.. they should be ashamed
Friday ordered dozen donuts and 10 munchkins. Lady handed my order and I looked in bag and there were 8 munchkins. I tried to show her there were 8 and she immediately said that she could count and put 10 in there. I asked my other two and she finally put 2 on a bag and threw the bad at me through the drive through window. Basically accused me of lying or eating 2 right there. Never said oh sorry let me get your other to. Rude and I will never go back. Not the first time they have messed up and are unprofessional.
Today I went through the drive thru to realize there was only one employee working and he was very nice and polite when he easily could have had an attitude, he needs a raise!
