Took my kids through the drive through, the morning of important testing at school. We got down the road after a rude order-taking experience from the start, and the breakfast croissants were cold - cheese and bacon literally cold to the touch, unmelted cheese. Just totally not up to food safe standards. Very disappointing to be a local that lives close to a DD that I can’t risk going to before school in the morning anymore. I spent $40 for my kids to still be hungry with no time to get anything else. I would complain to the store or management, but the staff gave the impression with their careless attitudes that they don’t care either.
Tempted to leave one star after who ever was at location decided to not acknowledge me in drive through. Or come to window. Or any attempt at providing a DD service. Really disappointed
This place is quick and the staff was amazing! I ordered a large caramel coffee with cream and sugar and i did not like how it wasn’t sweet enough for my taste so i asked if they could add more sugar or give me another one and Ashley gladly gave me a different and asked me to try to see if i like it if not she could make another one!
23rd street is the WORST Dunkin in Panama city.Everything i order is always messed up.Today I ordered 25 munchkins, a bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin, a blueberry doughnut, a sausage egg and cheese wake up wrap and a thing of hashbrowns..My hashbrowns werent even edible they were so greasy and burnt, my coffee was nasty, instead of blueberry i got a chocolate sprinke doughnut, and I got a sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin.i go to dunkin on 15th every morning and never have any issues, but this 23rd street store cant get it thogether!!
Love the staff here! Twice now I’ve come by and they have hooked me up with some thing special when I am too indecisive to pick what I want. Super kind, super sweet, highly recommend.
It’s 718 and was told y’all dumped all the hot coffee out because you close at 8pm. Bad service just because you want to leave right at 8pm. Pathetic ?
i really wish I caught this wonderful employees name because she was out here killing it on 11/15/21 @ 7pm. She seemed to be solo drive thru will also making drinks/ ice cream and she did a great job!!!!
I just ordered off door dash one drink and donuts. Benn waiting for the order for about 20 mins while the driver told me they were too busy arguing with a customer. I have never waited this long for my dasher to revive me simple order on my life. Very unorganized. Never again. No stars if I could
ordered a breakfast sandwich and the one slice of toast was still frozen/cold and the other was not even toasted. excuse was well she is new. Bull, pathetic service, will not fo again
