Waited in line for the drive through. Don't remember how long it took to get to the speaker. But once it was my turn at the speaker I literally sat there for over 10 minutes, without being spoken to. I finally said "hello" and someone said "I'll be right with you." Five minutes later they took my order. I drove around and there was only one car in front of me, at the window waiting to receive their order. I sat for literally another 10 minutes and no one was coming to help the people in front of me. I pulled out of line and left. Over 30 minutes in a drive through and left with nothing.
Worst service I have ever received at a dunkin. Waited for over 10 min. Only to find out they were using the pickup end for coffee service. Then a lady walks in long after me and gets served first. I walked out and will never go back.
Poor staffing, only one person working behind the counter with five people in line. I know it's hard to find employees right now but this was ridiculous. Poor managing.
Went to the drive thru the woman said one minute after 4 minutes we left no coffee thank you
went in b4 my dentist appt for a cup of coffee..asked for a large coffee,the lady looked at me like i was stupid.and said thats all.filled my coffe to the top handed it to me a lid wasnt all the way on and spilled all over the place and she got pissed.i tell ya what i will not go back again rather go th krispy cream.nicer staff.....

The service was EXCELLENT!! Unfortunately, Dunkin' has apparently switched its hot drinks to mixes, which are TERRIBLE. The donuts were stale, but the wraps were hot and fresh.KUDOS to the employees!! Thumbs DOWN to the coffee and donuts.

This used to be my go-to Dunkin but with the staff in the morning now, I'll be going to a different one. They are rude, can't get orders right or on-time. Apparently ordering ahead doesn't mean anything
I went late so they didn't have much. Kind of messy and dirty. Donuts are great! But definitely need to come earlier for the good ones. It's the first time having an iced latte and ITS TOO SWEET! I didnt drink it. It had no taste of coffee whatsoever just sugar flavoring. Drink was terrible donuts were good.
