The staff is hilarious and very rude. They do exactly what their supposed to. Our family had a great time laughing reading all our hats. The food is average. Wait time was a little longer than expected. Would come back again, just to get the experience from the different staff members and their rude service ?
Customer service not good and yes I understand the concept but there was a short guy behind the bar that truly don't know how to take orders we left.
Always heard about this place and had to check it out. I think the whole concept is hilarious as long as you have tough skin. The food and drinks were okay-good. Nothing to brag about it. You’re mainly coming here to be see what hilarious insults they can come up with for you, your friends and family. Which our server came up with some good ones.
The food was good and the server was hilarious. We went for lunch around the time they opened. It can get packed later in the day. We were in Panama city beach for jeep jam 2022.??
We are local. The teens love to come here on an occasion. The servers are all pretty great finding a teenage medium but this guy has been their favorite. We will certainly be back.
We had a wonderful time but this restaurant is not for everyone. Our group included our parents in their 50s, three of us in our 20s, and a 4 year old and 2 babies. Our waiter was funny, but also attentive. Our hats were mostly sexual in nature, so this is where I’d caution you to really think about your group and what you’d want them exposed to. I’d say if our kids were much older then this would not be the place for them. However, for adults and probably teens, it’s a great time. Know your party, and proceed with caution. Our food was surprising good. It wasn’t anything spectacular but the burgers were good, fries were hot, and my mother in laws chicken and macaroni was delicious. As for the wait, we joined the Yelp waitlist around 4:30 and it was already 35-45 minutes. Ended up being an hour to be seated. As with most places in PCB, you cannot expect to show up at 7 and get a table within a reasonable time. I could check the Yelp app to see our place in line, which allowed us to walk around Pier Park and shop to kill time.
DO NOT EAT HERE!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my dog. My family had the absolute worst experience here! Waited over 1hr and 30min for our food and the place wasn’t even packed. Upon finally receiving our food it was RAW. Completely RAW. RAW SALMON and nearly RAW STEAK! When asking the server about our food, she stated it was in the window now (which was clearly a lie) apparently they “FORGOT” our order and then tried to hurry up and cook it. If you are looking for a “sarcastic experience but disgusting food” , this is the place to go. The only kind of apology or excuse I received was “I’m sorry ma’am but we just have a new cook we are training” NO EXCUSES FOR RAW MEAT AND RIDICULOUS WAIT TIME!!!
Not sure if some of the wait staff didn't want to work, or if it truly was that busy. However, a 2.5-3 hour wait just to be seated is outrageous. Couldn't wait that long and had to go somewhere else.
This is a fun place! Someone in our party wasn't aware of how things worked there, so that made it all the better. We had alot of laughs. The food was ok, but the sarcasm was better.
We have been to Dick's prior to this. We had kids with us and the waitress' comments were completely inappropriate, vulgar and nasty. You can be rude and funny without being raunchy. The comments going on in the restaurant were X rated. We left before ordering.
