Alexandria great customer service. I ask her to get me some fresh Guacamole and lettuce she had to touch the broom to get in the refrigerator and after touching the broom she changed gloves. I know you might say that’s normal but In this world that’s unusual. She was great and very patient she should definitely be considered in training others or management. I placed an order online with chipotle app yesterday around 2:00 pm and headed to the location to pick up my order only for the doors to be locked at the restaurant when I got there. And employee came to the door and said that the General Manager had walked out and they were NOT fulfilling orders and that they didn’t know how to refund an online order.I have now been charged $18.16 for an order they NEVER MADE.Multiple customers were showing up to pick up food they paid for only to be turned away while employees stood around inside collecting their hourly pay and dumping out COOKED FOOD instead of fulfilling orders.
The staff is professional and polite. In addition, the food is well prepared and cooked to the standard. The menu has a great variety of meals, with a healthy selection to choose from. Great experience every time!
Worker on 06/10/2022 5:40pm the lady that just had lids delivered to her refused to put a lid on my bowl to go. She wanted to state “they were for mobile orders online” I said I was going 15miles home and wanted a lid. She then repeated herself so I walked out. How unprofessional and unsanitary. I’m not driving 15 miles with a piece of tinfoil on my bowl and it spilling everywhere! She was training a few other workers so god bless them new ones!
Ordered using the mobile app. Get there and am informed that it's not working so I would need to get behind the line of people (about 5) and get my food that way. The whole point I used the app was so I didn't have to wait. Why would the app let me place the order if it's working properly? Why would we not call customers and let them know? Then I have to call a number to get a refund? Seriously? So I asked for the manager and Tiena (sp) comes up and could care less. No apology. Rolls her eyes. I call her out on it. She denied, and rolled them 2 more times. And then says "Have a great day". Highly disappointing.
There is no management here, they slave few employees at the front while the rest hide. Dirty store, not a clean table in site, trash over flown, lobby wasnt stocked I couldnt even get myself a coke because the machine is broken, these employees act like children it is very unprofessional, I definitely do not recommend if you're looking for fast friendly service go to Diego's burrito factory instead your family will thank you later!
Never gets orders right. Just spent 70$ to get stale chips, one bag supposed to be a large with maybe 15 chips in it and my kids meals, ALL of them had NO cheese at all in their quesadilla. Ridiculous. Live across town and didn’t realize until I got home.
The food is usually pretty good, which is table stakes for a Chipotle. Service seems to have gone downhill since COVID, though I'm not sure if the two are related. Either way, this location is not currently an exceptional example of a Chipotle restaurant. Hope they get their mojo back.
One star for the store as a whole. Everyone standing around while an outstanding employee runs around performing miracles in this kitchen. Stood waiting for someone to take my order for at least 15 minutes. Would have stayed for food and a great experience, however seeing one person run the entire restaurant does not make me want to support their bad work ethic. Team work is essential, and the only team player I see is miss Sarah. Red in the face and sweating from her dedication to perform above and beyond. Sarah, you get 5 stars. The rest of the staff working with you; find another job.. management; give sarah a raise and employ staff that is willing to be as exuberant as her!
This location has been upping their game lately. I’m giving three stars because the woman running the online order pickup was oddly rude. She was making nonsense demands to verify my order and didn’t seem to listen to my responses or have any advice on how to meet her demands. It made my experience uncomfortable and negatively effected my meal.
