As of late the to go orders at chilis have been getting worse and worse. The last order over Memorial Day weekend was the worst. Ordered wings, chicken quesadillas and burger bites which all looked like they were leftovers from someone else's order. The burger bites and wings looked like someone had bitten off them and the quesadillas were so hard and stale that they were definitely not just made when I ordered. Just look at the pictures. I'm not sure what's going on with this location but it seems I'm not the only one having this issue from the reviews. Funny thing is when I called to speak to a manager after I got home with my meal I was told they were too busy and would call back. I'm still waiting on that call from 5/29/2022 lol. I just ended up emailing corporate for a full refund after they tried to offer me a gift card for $15 on a $48 purchase. GTFOH!
A very filthy place to eat at. This place is a mess. But the staff was kind. The restrooms were so dirty like they were never cleaned before. The floor was sticky and there was food everywhere laying around. In the place near the entrance of the kitchen, the sewer was backing up leaving all the dirty water leading into the kitchen area. The kitchen was also very dirty, I took a look while I was going to the restroom. I saw a member sweeping the booths with the same sweeper that she was sweeping near the restaurant entrance. and the booths were smelly because I think they use same rag all day to clean all the booths.Food was cold, had a piece of hair in it. And I never got my Margarita!
Generally good had a bad experience dinning in recently.03/18/22 Updated: consistently poor experiences. The last several visits and togo orders have just been bad. The staff is nice enough but the food quality has been exceptionally poor.
The service was terrible! The server took a long time to go to the table and ask us for drinks. I ordered chicken quesadillas and they didn’t have enough chicken. One of my friends ordered a sirloin and he found a hair in one piece of the steak. Definitely I don’t recommend this place.
I order chili’s a lot and I’ve never had this experience before. I ordered DoorDash for three burgers and when I went to eat them they were burnt to a crisp, my dog couldn’t even chew them. I will not be ordering from this place again. Not to mention one of the burgers were packaged in the bag sideways, who puts a burger together and then packaged it sideways. All together a bad experience
The service and food was very good on this last visit. One thing I would like to point out if anyone from Chili's is reading this is that your fried pickles are not as good as they could be. Captain D's (a fast food restaurant) has them only a small period in the year but theirs are great. Very light breading and fresh tasting. Chili's fried pickles had heavy breading and the oil they were fried in was in need of changing. Otherwise though great food.Oh and one more comment, I really wanted a salad to go with my steak, but they use a mixture of romaine, iceberg and spinach. Our waitress said there was no way to just get it without the spinach or just romaine or just iceberg because it's already mixed. I hope you will change this, not everyone likes spinach, there were two of us (out of three) at our table that do not like spinach, my mom ordered the salad and had to pick out nearly half her salad to get rid of the spinach and I chose those fried pickles above because I did not want to sit there picking out the spinach.My suggestion would be to get some iceberg and/or romaine lettuce and that way those of us who don't like spinach can still have a salad without having to pick out and waste half of it.
Food hit the spot! Steak and chicken fajitas to go! The bar was out of draft beer though.
My family and I got into chilis at 630 tonight. Got our orders in within 15 minutes. Our server was absolutely phenomenal. Little country is what she went by, she’s an absolute blast and she did amazing. She had come out to let us know that something wa going on with the peppers and onions so it would take a little longer than expected, which we were perfectly okay with. I know the KDS has a ticket time, and there is never for any reason to have a 45-50 minute ticket time on 4 fajitas, a rack of ribs, a steak and some chicken. The management is the biggest issue here, a middle age gentleman was the manager that we had dealt with. He made the comment when the food was brought out that they were busy. The restaurant was no where near capacity. He later made the comment “I didn’t know there was an issue.” At what point is your ticket time start becoming an issue that you are going to go out and speak with the tables, just to offer some sort of explanation. Your server saved this table, I hope she finds somewhere that management has her back, because that place is not it. I
Chili's is awesome. One of the best Hamburger places. Also I love to just sit at the bar have a beer and share Nachos.The Mango Habanero boneless wings are hot and sweet.
This place used to be so good, but the past few times I've been it has been horrendous. This most recent time, we ordered the two for $25 meal with the appetizer, two entrees and dessert. We waited about 25 minutes until they finally brought the appetizer.....with the entrees at the same time. The appetizer had clearly been sitting for a long time, the fries were room temperature and the cheese on them had already hardened. The entrees were hot and just ok. I dont know whats happened with this Chilis lately but they have been horrible.
