I had lunch here today about 1 pm and while I had no problem ordering and picking up my order, an elderly man using a cane ordered, took seat and when his name was called he went up to pick up his order on the west side of the counter. The woman giving out orders yelled "sir come to the pick up sign." He said it is difficult to walk can I pick it up here. She very rudely replied NO. Fortunately, a good samaritan in the pick up line got the order and took it took the gentleman. I know you have new practices but this was just rude and I have never experienced this before and it was obvious several other guests were shocked also. I will go back to chick Fill A but I think Truet Cathy would not appreciate this kins of service
Always impressed with how quick the drive-thru is, even if it’s very crowded. Don’t be surprised if the drive thru is crowded- the line usually wraps around the building but despite the traffic, they are very quick and the workers are kind. I order my food almost instantly and it usually takes me less than five minutes for me to get my food, maybe ten minutes max but that’s very rare. I’ve been to this location many times and they’ve never gotten my order wrong. Their work is very efficient and effective; by far the quickest and best quality fast food you can get at Tyndall Parkway.
Been going here for 6 years never had any problems until this morning. We pulled up to ordered our food the girl that was taking our order very rude, had an attitude and kept cutting me off, and didn’t let me order my food. I tried telling the second lady where we pay she didn’t help us and just took my card and when we got the window our order still wasn’t fix. This unacceptable
Was great, it's my 12 year olds favorite place to eat since she could walk, we had a Gram and granddaughter day. We enjoyed talking over a chicken classic sandwich, me waffle fries, her macaroni and cheese, afterwards hit Walmart for some shopping, overall a great day. Food was excellent and I got to spend the day with one of my most favorite people in the world, my Mini Me, Kiely Grace.
They have a nice set up but when it comes to drive through I get the people outside may make things slightly faster, but it's more difficult for the customer when they don't have a menu to choose what they want. We also had some issues with the one taking the order and inside getting the order wrong. After calling them they did say they would replace the messed up parts of the order but still a hassle to not get what you asked for
Worst store I ever been to, only store I've ever been told they ran out of chicken in a store that only serves chicken! The service is always slow and they don't seem to care
The worse chick fil a my family has ever been to. We visit chick fil a religiously but this location sucks. So unprofessional, like going to a McDonald’s who don’t value their customers. Gave this location numerous times but the service this location gives is horrible
This location was my “home” Chick-Fil-A while I lived on the Panama City side of town and I have always enjoyed my time dining in the CFA dining-room, ordering for pick up, going through the drive thru, ordering catering, and everything in between. Great staff, great operators, and great company. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
I never ever thought i would see the day that chick fil a goes down hill but this location seriously has issues. I have been going multiple times that my food was wrong or cold and i kelp giving it a try and would let it go until this last time when i order a 30 count chicken nugget meal and 2 chicken sandwich meals, my daughter makes a complaint about the food not tasting fresh and showed me the sandwich that looked so small could have been a kids meal. Then we get down the road to find out they put 3 chick fil a sauces in our bag for a 30 count meal and 2 other meals. Let me tell you this place is sure enough a joke. So Call up there manager tells me they will remake them for me. Then i go up there a week later to get it remade to find out they will only remake the 2 sandwiches and i get treated as if they could have cared less about the inconvenient they caused me and my family. This place needs new management and i don’t take that lightly. All the trouble they caused me and they couldn’t even put drinks with my meals, if i would have known they were not going to include them i would’ve purchased them but this chick fil a is the absolute WORST. We visit chick fil a religiously and being this is the closest to my house come to this one multiple times a week but not anymore! Even the workers they have working up there show they are really struggling. They just lost a lot of business from my family. We will drive the extra miles because the chick fil a on 23rd and Martin Luther king blvd is nothing like this joke of a chick fil a.
I’ve sat in the drive through for 25 minutes just to be told to pull forward and wait. For a chicken sandwich. Come on chic fil a.Your getting like the rest of them.
