We got to the restaurant right before 10:30 am, when breakfast is over. As we were waiting in line, the guy came out to turn the menus so we asked if we could still order breakfast. He said that they’d had a huge catering order that morning and he wasn’t sure what was left, and we’d just have to ask. He was super nice and apologetic. When we ordered, the young lady said that they were, indeed, out of chicken biscuits and chicken minis. We were disappointed, but Chick-fil-A lunch is yummy, too. When we got to the window, the guy that turned the menus popped his head out of the window and said he HAD found 2 biscuits and some minis, and he gave them to us. He said he just wanted us to leave happy. Best drive thru experience I’ve had…
Over the past year,chick fil -A's quality and consistency has fallen off tremendously.The fillet's have gotten much smaller.At times I've ordered a sandwich and thought it was a fillet for a breakfast biscuit on my sandwich and they have gotten skimpy with the fries.When I get home with my food it's cold most of the time. I only live approximately 7 minutes away.The containers are literally filled half way fries..I never thought I'd have to write such a review on Chick -filA out of all places.I've only ever known them to be top notch across the board but that hasn't been the case for awhile now.

Horrible customer service... Sandwiches were made sloppy as all get out, buns were VERY VERY wet, and couldn't use straws for milkshake due to the straw being bent in half. Will not accept nor will I ever go back to Chick fil A on 23rd st.Worst $20 I've spent yet.
5 out of 5! We showed up and they were slammed but every person was extremely nice and professional. Very patient and waited on each person with care. The owner was even out helping. He stopped and took a moment to talk to us which means alot. This was our last stop as we head home before leaving Panama and anytime we are here we will be back to this location without a doubt!
This location used to be the bees knees, but it has really gone down hill. The last 2 times that I went my service was horrible. Both times I was missing items that were ordered and paid for, causing me to have to go back to the store after I got home and leaving my food to get cold. I was offered no apology either time. The people working were short. Customer service at Chick-fil-A is what makes the visit sometimes and lately it has really just not been there. I only gave two stars because on the occasion that I do get to eat my food warm, it is usually up to Chick-fil-A par.
The only reason for this 3 star is that the food was good. Service was very slow (they weren't busy at all). We've been to many Chick-fil-a and this one is the worst one.
My food is always fresh, my orders are always accurate, the service is always friendly. The drive-thru is always efficient. I love Chick-fil-A and this restaurant location is great!
I been here 2 times trying not to leave a bad review but everytime i ask for a spicy southwest salad with different chicken they just give me what they want.
