Burnt. Couldn’t eat it. Waitress asked if wanted to go box. I said no it wasn’t any good. Think she offered to do anything? No.
Very nice and friendly staff, definitely some of the best service I've experienced at a restaurant. Volume and ambience was also very low and made it much easier to enjoy a quiet dinner conversation without constantly repeating yourself. I would hands down choose eating here rather than an Olive garden everytime. I will definitely be returning and recommending to family and friends
I took my mom out for an early Mother's Day dinner and I'm so glad she chose Carrabba's PCB. We got tag teamed by 2 of the most amazing servers, Wendy & Cole. Even as busy as the restaurant was, they were both very attentive & had kind and playful attitudes. We will definitely be paying them both another visit. Oh, and the food was AMAZING!!!!

We tried Carrabba’s Italian Grill for the very first time. The place was very nice inside and the staff was friendly. We were seated quickly and met our server right away. Melissa was very professional and helpful with the food and drink items. She seemed excited that we were there and eager to serve us. She knew a lot about the special cocktails and menu selections without hesitation. Her suggestions on both the food and drinks were spot on! Everything was delicious and the service couldn’t have been better!
The food was delicious but they messed up on my sisters steak three times and we even met the owner at that and they didn't give her a discount or anything for her inconvenience I didn't like that at all. Making a person wait for 20 minutes each time while everyone around you is already served and eating that wasn't right to me. The waiter was very kind, and always checking in on us just didn't appreciate the owner not trying to fix the issues that his kitchen caused by at least giving a discount or free meal to her.
Our first time trying Carrabbas and we went on Valentine’s Day expecting a long wait but we were pleasantly surprised, it didn’t take long at all to get our food and it was great. I ordered the “Johnny Trio” and loved every bite. It was also a very generous amount of food for only $22. Then for dessert, we had the “Chocolate Dream” and omg it was delicious! Great experience all around
Used Door Dash to get food from here. The Door Dash guy is on a bicycle...and Carrabba's is 20-25 minutes away by bike according to "maps". Our food arrived cold on a 55 degree night. Door Dash did the right thing and credited us a portion of our meal. My husband called Carrabba's and spoke with a manager to advise them that they probably should NOT hand their food off to a bike rider...they did not care. He hung up on my hubs. Customer lost....
I am vegan & this team went above & beyond for me. We ordered take-out from this location & I originally ordered a mushroom dish & when my husband & father in law pulled up they informed them that the mushroom dish had cream in the sauce. Living in PCB I never have had anyone at any of the restaurants care so much about my diet. The sauce they recommended for me was flavorful & not just your traditional marinara sauce. We will be back all because of this experience. ☺️
What a wonderful lunch we had! The mushroom appetizers were to die for. Highly recommend. Waitress was wonderful as well. Could not ask for anything more. Very happy ?
