This is the second consecutive trip to this restaurant in 3 weeks and they had no butter then and they had no butter again today now a baked potato is not a baked potato without butter why don't this Captain D's have butter sour cream but no butter
We had to wait for 45 minutes for our food and still got it wrong. Fish was fried hard and no Hush puppies. The service was very bad. They got everyone orders wrong. I love Captain D's but I want never go there again. It's the one on 23 in Panama City Beach.
The lady at the front counter was the definition of customer service. Ella Green greeted me, took my order and served me my food. Everything was fresh and hot. Great food for a fast food establishment!We need more Ella Greens in the world!
Love the food but the wait time in drive though was crazy. It took about 30 minute with just four cars in front of us.The last time I was here it was about the same.
I typically love Captain D's but I have been sitting in their drive thru since 6:09 p.m. and it's currently 6:40 p.m. and I have just placed my order. I am so disappointed at this point and will take my family out to a full service establishment next time.

I went out of my way to have dinner here. I am staying on the west side of Panama City beach and went there during rush hour, and it was worth every mile.Wednesday Night is seniors night. I had the two piece country fried fish with green bean and broccoli, the meal came with a drink all for $5.99.The fish was crispy (not doughy) hot and fresh.Yum.The service was note worth in their professionalism in helping me to order what I wanted.Now, I am waiting for the Lobster rolls to come back.Well worth the trip.
I do love their meals, but be prepared for a long wait going through the drive thru. I'm sure they are short staffed like a lot of businesses. It took 45 minutes to get my meal. I didn't have anywhere I needed to be so it was okay, but if you need a quick meal this isn't the place to go!
