Nasty!!! This is one of the nastiest places I have seen in a long time. The floors,tables,bathroom were all dirty and you could tell haven't been cleaned in a while. Dead bugs in the windows and floors. Cigarettes in the front window. The bathroom was horrible. Now on to the service and food. They messed up the order 2 xs and when I did get the sandwich it was cold. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone and ended up throwing away my $30 order
Could not even get our food. We waited for 20 plus minutes in the drive thru the person in front of us still had not received their food. Just crazy so I left. I sure hope the food the people ahead of us got was hot because they sure did have to wait forever
This is the fourth chance I’ve given this Burger King and for whatever reason they can never get it right. The first two times I went my food was literally cold the second time the lady at the window proceeded to drop my food bag on the ground and still gave it to me this time I go and I specifically go to Burger King because I like the crisonwiches and they proceed to give me a biscuit if I am paying for food somewhere one I would enjoy if it was actually warm and two I would hope they could manage to get the order right. At this point I don’t even want to eat the food I paid money for because it is not what I ordered.
Let me tell yall about the fantastic changes this Burger King has gone through in the last 6-8 months. The new manager Jane Winston has really put together a great staff with a attention to food quality that is second to none. I recently read in the local newspaper of that store being honored. Who can resist those great tasting flame broiled Whopper?
I went to this BK for a quick bite before I hit the road. Took 15 mins before they even took my order. 2 cars already left the drive thru but this is pretty much the last place to eat on 231 so I had to compromise. Anyways long story short I now have food poisoning along with my brother. Don’t stop here at this location. We got the chicken sandwiches 2 for $10. I believe it was the mayo that made us sick.
Worst service I have ever experienced anywhere in my life. Fighting behind the counter. garbage all over the floor. Food was cold and hard. I handed it right back to them. Someone needs to do something about this. The female manager there today did not seem to care or take any interest in giving them any direction. Just walked around acting like it wasn't happening.
Went to get a Large iced mocha coffee said they were out of large cups for the coffee (which is fine) but then they hand me this ( a small or medium cup)?said she couldn’t fill it the rest of the way because the large cups are smaller, WHAT!?!? SMALLER it just don’t make no since especially for the price, this definitely is not the best burger king when it comes to food and the customer service is average maybe even below, any sensible person would have just filled it the rest of the way ??♀️ Definitely will be going to McDonald’s next time they fill their cups all the way and cups sizes actually make sense there ?
This Burger King is so depressing it's absolutely hilarious. The staff doesn't even pretend to be even remotely happy and I am here for it. It's like modern art portraying the state of the workforce. Chef kiss!
Absolute worst Burger King ever hands down ice cold burgers hard old buns no matter how many times you go there every time you have to go back in to get fresh Food
They mess up my order so bad . I'm mad after spending 50. 00 there . They even mess up on my bacon king. Supposed have 2 piece meat my only had one piece. They keep 4 of my chicken nuggets . I got 16 of 8 piece chicken. Only received 12 of them.
