I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese croissant and this is what I got. The croissant was cold, cheese was just thrown on their and the egg was missing. This was after being told to pull up, to wait for my order…10 minutes later I finally went inside and had to ask where my food was. I understand short staffed but it wasn’t busy. If I wasn’t already late for work I would of went back inside and got my money back.
Worse customer service I've ever experienced. Went to the drive thru and nobody attended to me or said I'll be with u in a minute. I was the only car at the intercom. 6 car pile up behind me. I was at the intercom for 15mins and one of the cars behind me pulled around to the window. All 6 cars left. And when I finally decided to leave I saw them serving the guy who pulled around me n giving him food. Went to tg4 door n a lady was screaming at me cussing. This branch should be shut down
Took 5 minutes for him to acknowledge we were at the drive through for him to then tell us they don’t have ice cream
Blown away by this one. Haven't been to Burger King in years. The ones in our city are terrible. This one is clean and the food was hot and fresh.
I thought I could save some time by going through the drive-thru. I've been waiting 30 minutes and I'm still fourth in line.

I went to BK for the first time in years because it was next to my dentist and I wanted to eat one more time before I had a tooth pulled. I waited 20+ minutes for my food. It nearly made me late and I didn't get to eat before my appointment. 3 stars because before I got my food the manger acknowledged the problem, apologized, and gave me a refund without me saying anything. That alone is the difference between me looking to get a milkshake there after my mouth heals and me not eating there for a few more years.
Good location and Darshay is really sweet and hard working we need more employees like here
My fiance has ordered food from the BK app twice in the past 2 weeks. Both times they forgot our drinks and orders of fries. There is NO accountability and NO easy way to leave them feedback more than once in a two week period. If i could give zero stars, i would. They need to check the reciepts before leaving the store to deliver. Also, they put thick sticker seals over the part of the receipt that has their store number so it's almost impossible to see the info without shredding the receipt. Burger king store #16406 on 7100 coastal palms blvd has ripped us off twice and the BK app isn't worth the savings when they don't deliver half of the stuff you pay for and they charge you at least 5$ in fees. Total garbage.
