No cars in the drive thru, Ordered a whopper combo with no tomatoes.Had to wait for food to come after paying.I expected that since they should have been having to make the custom burger order. After I got to my destination 5 minutes away. Found burger had two tomatoes on it... It was also cold as well as cold fries.The medium sized beverage was as ordered and expected.
The service is terrible. I waited about 20 min on the drive thru and watched 3 cars leaving because it was taking so long for them to take the orders. The store wasn’t even busy inside. They were just taking forever at the window. Once I ordered just a simple whopper with medium fries I waited another 8 min for them to package my order, and that is on top of the 20 min I waited for them to take my order.
Could not even get our food. We waited for 20 plus minutes in the drive thru the person in front of us still had not received their food. Just crazy so I left. I sure hope the food the people ahead of us got was hot because they sure did have to wait forever
Rude employees! Got order badly wrong, argued with customer, refused to correct order or add to it at window, said they were too busy! Had to park and go inside to correct order. Then still found we were missing an entire kids meal (which was listed on our receipt) when we got home! Worst BK experience ever! We will never return there! ?
O'Reilly's better watch out, all one needs to do for oil is head to this burger King. I'm telling you, if you like oil covered burger wrappers, oil soaked buns this is the one to go to. Never mind asking for a new bun, they will just remake your burger wrong. Ask for the cheese they left off, and boy oh boy you are in for some cross contamination; uhumm does all cheese have ketchup on it? Then to top it off the manager will come out, to ask if it was any better. If you tell her no, and what the problem is, she will tell you "we can't help that." I assume this store should invest in dawn, and a new air filter because it's smoky.
Worst service I have ever experienced anywhere in my life. Fighting behind the counter. garbage all over the floor. Food was cold and hard. I handed it right back to them. Someone needs to do something about this. The female manager there today did not seem to care or take any interest in giving them any direction. Just walked around acting like it wasn't happening.
First time here since it was rebuilt. My fries were very cold which is my #1 pet peeve at a drive through so it was hard not to leave 1 star. However, what really blew me away was how bad the service was. It was like they grabbed a bunch of people off the street and put them to work that day. The training program needs an overhaul for sure. I think when you are the only one in the drive through, the most basic thing you should expect, is that they know what you ordered when you get to the window since I just told them at the speaker. When I get fast food, I never actually expect excellent service, but the minimum standard would be nice.
Customer service is pretty awful in the drive thru. The lady working the mic just randomly disappeared when taking my order and never gave me a total or told me to pull around. Then she came back on the speaker and tried to take my order again and when I told her I was waiting to see if she could finish my order she kept saying "huh" repeatedly. I got fed up and I just told her nevermind and left. The 2 cars in front of me got tired of waiting for over 10 minutes to pull forward and just left as well.
There was no one at the first window so I sat for a bit and decided to pull up to the second window. They made me back up, in the drive thru, to the first window and pay; just to pull right back up to get our food! Making someone back up that far in such a small space is DANGEROUS! I sure am glad there wS no one else around!! LOL
Standing in line waiting for somebody to finally man the cash register. Many employees behind the counter, pure disorganized chaos. The TV in the ding area blasting loud rap music. Now employees arguing with each other. Whoever owns this mess needs to stop by once in awhile. Deserves ZERO stars.
